Called ahead to ask if they would be playing the NBA FInals game 5 with audio and the hostess who answered the phone wasn't sure so she went to go ask. She came back and said, "yes I talked to manager and we will play the audio for the game". Great, so I arrange for myself and a few other people to go there for this big game so we can watch it together. We arrive, and they don't even have the game playing most of the TVs so I ask the hostess "I called ahead and was told you would be playing the NBA Finals game 5 audio tonight, could you get it on?". The hostess seemed confused and asked "what time does the game start". I responded "the game is on right now, just started". She nodded and showed us to our table and said "I'll go ask my manager". After a couple minutes a server came over to the table and before she could even tell us who she was said with a very rude tone "we won't be playing audio for the game". So I say "oh well I called ahead to verify you would and the hostess told me she talked to the manager and it would be on". The server cut me off and replied "who did you talk to because my manager just said no now". So I replied "I didn't ask for names since they told me it would be on". The server just said "well we can't turn it on, so do you know what you want to order?".

At this point I was very frustrated, I've missed the beginning minutes of a huge game, I can't hear what's going on, and I can't get up and leave because I've already missed enough of the game. It should be pointed that this is a sports bar, that focuses on playing games for fans to enjoy. On this night there was NO OTHER game on than the NBA Finals game 5 so there was no reason they couldn't play the audio.

I am a frequent customer at this location and I've only ever ordered one thing off the menu, the gator tail, which means I am very familiar with the portions of this menu item. Well, on Saturday, October 1st, I ordered my usual and there wasn't even half of the normal portion on my plate, which I was easily able to measure because my friend ordered the same and had the normal portion. When I spoke to the manager, she said that due to the price of food, portions have decreased, although my friend had the proper amount on her plate for comparison, which the manager saw. She further insulted my intelligence by saying that the food is measured in the back, so even though it looks like she has more, it's the same weight. My entire party and my server agreed that it was significantly less food on my plate than my friends, however the decision is left to the manager on how to handle it and it was out of my servers control. The manager essentially said there was nothing she could do, so I sent my food back. As much as I love the gator and have never had prior issues at this location, I will not be returning.

Response: Probably the same reason you don't reply to all the good reviews that are left, only the bad ones. Good service is expected, but when I receive exceptional service, I will take time out of my day to leave exceptional reviews, but I've never gotten exceptional service from your establishment. However, I do give good tips to your servers when they do even just the bare minimum. After your reply, I can see the lack of care for customer concerns starts from the top.

Now you're reaching. No one was disrespected. Even while your manager gave a ridiculous excuse as to why I had significantly less food, she was never disrespected. ...

We stayed near this Brewery in Franklin on our trip so it was convenient to try this place. Both times we went there was a disaster!!! There is a very extensive beer list as well as tons of options for cocktails and food which is great!!! Who doesn't like having lots of options. The food is very mediocre though as they figured if you're drunk enough you won't care what your food taste like. Everything we had was bland and or over cooked and dry. Had the gator bites, MOJO basket, brewhouse burger, wings, patty melt, and trout dip. The trout dip was only good thing that came out of the kitchen. Now let's talk about service. Both times we came in the service was HORRIBLE!!! The kids they hire need to be fired as they were always in the back probably talking and on their phones. Neither time we came in was busy in the restaurant. We get seated right away. Takes about 10mins before someone comes to ask us what we'd like to drink. Takes about 20min before our beers are brought to us. We ordered food at same time as beers. Food comes out before beers do both times. Not once during eating do either server ask us how we were doing and if everything tasted ok. Had to wave them down to ask for another beer. Also had to wave them down to ask for check. The check comes and gets picked up faster than the food and beers. Definitely stay away from this establishment if you want better service and food!!! If you're wanting beer just...
