In response to Krissy Williams-GM: the lanes shut off early as we both stated; I had to search for someone to inform them and your bartender was not concerned. No one came back to us stating that you were going to extend our time, so we took the bowling shoes off, put our shoes and and began to depart. At that time, when we were handing in our shoes and leaving, did anyone ask if we wanted more time. The opportunity to fix the problem had passed. 2. If a double shot mixed drink is not allowed at 11:01pm then your wait staff and bartender should know better than to take such an order. Your bartender brought the second shot for the drink after she stated that originally she had not put the second shot on due to her confusion. However, she was not confused in charging me for a double shot mixed drink!! 3. Toria is the best part of your team and the only one that was attempting to fix the mess-ups of the entirety of the rest of your team (hostess that assigned the bowling lane, kitchen staff not knowing how to make loaded chicken nachos, and most definitely your bartender that had no desire to be at work); Do not blame or punish her for their neglect!! 4. Your kitchen closed at 11:00pm, but it was stated to us that chicken wings were not available because the kitchen had closed, but nachos with chicken........was available. They just made them without the chicken! Thank you for reading my reply, it is not worth my money or time to experience your establishment again, hopefully you will start to provide consistently good service to all patrons on their initial visit and create a value where people would want to return!
Overpriced bowling lane that closes mid-game before their stated closing time! When we went last night it was not busy, however they were able to deliver the incorrect food and drinks. Chicken nachos without the chicken, a double shot drink with only one shot. The drink was wrung up by the bartender who then made the incorrect drink. Definitely not worth your money...
Read moreUpdating my review from a 1 to a 3 due to the pleasant reply I received below. Of course we are willing to give it another try and are not expecting anything unreasonable. If the Titans are playing at the same time, then yes, they SHOULD be viewed on a big screen front and center; and if there are other large groups of particular fans wanting to watch their game, then by all means, play that game on one of the big screens. We just want that same courtesy. I did respond to the email below in regard to the particulars about the cost of their drinks - 3 X's as much as what local competitors are charging, so hopefully they make adjustments in order to be competitive. It really is a great set-up, and we know that it's really difficult to find good employees right now; so managers everywhere need to also make sure that their employees are happy by empowering them with the tools to appease their customers. Let them change the channels, adjust the temperatures, etc.; don't hide in the back and leave them helpless and taking the brunt of complaints. TBC....previous review below:
Expensive drinks and not a good place to go watch a game unless you’re friends with the manager. Was our first visit, not a large crowd, but more Browns fans than any others. Finally convinced manager to put our game, Browns vs Chargers, on one of the three big screens (being that Titans has already played); but soon as someone else sat at the bar and requested another game, they changed it to the Giants vs. Raiders. Low ranking teams over top scoring teams? 🤔 Zero regard for three tables of Browns fans who were already buying food and drinks. About the drinks - don’t order a double unless you want to pay double! Who does that!?!? May as well be downtown Nashville! Nice set up with a lot of potential, but we’ll stick with BW3’s and Miller’s Ale House, thank you! They accommodate the paying fans and don’t charge ridiculous prices. BTW, the table beside us said it was their first and last...
Read moreSuch a great and fun place! When you read reviews that service is bad, you have to take it with a grain of salt. The service is actually really good. What people don't realize or understand is that everything is made from scratch, so it is freshly cooked food you are getting, not stuff that's been sitting under a heat lamp! I love that everyone, not just your server asks how things are or if you need anything, but not to the point that it is annoying. They allow you to relax and enjoy your meal. If you are looking for a food recommendation - the Buffalo Chicken Wanton's are AMAZING!!!
I will also say, this place is WAY more than just bowling. There are several different areas to be that don't involve bowling: 1-Draft Room - great food and 3 TVs that re 12'x15' plus several others underneath and all around! 2-Whisky Room Live - they have great bands come in and play as well as do a great job with Karaoke, if they don't have what you want to sing in the book, just ask, they are constantly getting new songs added. 3-Table Top Games - the 4 person - that's right, 4 person air hockey is the most entertaining thing to play and watch! They also have pool tables, regular air hockey, shuffle board and Foosball!
Several of my work group happy hours have converted to going to Kings. We used to go just down the street, but the food is way better and they have a blast out on the patio with the life-size Jenga, Corn Hole and Connect Four.
I've also done a large group team building even there for 100 people and the service was excellent and everyone had a great time. They even accommodated those with special dietary restrictions, which was fantastic!
If you haven't guessed, I'd probably classify myself as a regular seeing as I'm there around once a week, and now that football season is starting, I'll be there almost...
