Chicago's Pizza Franklin — Restaurant in Franklin

You know, we really love this pizza. Esp the Big Hurt & esp the deep dish. The issue is that on at least 3 occasions we have ordered the deep dish and received the traditional crust. We used to live within walking distance. Today is the first time since we moved that we have stopped by and I should have remembered to double check. I don’t know if the wrong pizza is getting made or if the wrong pizza is being boxed, but whatever indicates to the cook / staff what the correct crust is, is not clear to the necessary person. If we still lived within walking distance, we would have went back, but after finally getting home on a Friday night, nobody wants to go back out again. I’ll try to remember or have my kid double check because the whole point in ordering and ordering extra nacho cheese is the deep dish. I called and attempted to talk to someone they transferred me to another someone who said they didn’t see my order while I was actively eating the pizza we had just picked up. Better...

$50 dollar order, doordash, the order was 30 minutes later than stated because they 'forgot to make it' then said they gave the order to the wrong doordash person and had to remake it,,, the order i received include mt dew and breadsticks i ordered, but instead of a medium crispy pizza and ham sandwich i reviewed an order of garlic bread and a kids pepperoni pizza, called to talk to manager, person answered phone wanted to know what i wanted to talk to manager about, i repeated i wanted to talk to the manager, she made the excuse that orders come in so fast and they get confused when reading them off the ipad.... hmmmmm as a manager, who knows this is the case, she should be reviewing the orders that go out,,, $50 for a kids pepporoni pizza, order of garlic bread, 1/2 order of breadsticks and a mt dew,,,,,,wow---will probably never eat at Chicago's in Franklin again this occurred on 7/28/2021 at 730pm only gave the review a one star because it couldn't...

The salad bar was amazing---- fresh, lots of toppings to choose from, the breadsticks were fresh and yummy dipped in my ranch from my salad, alternated with some great nacho cheese.. the pizza was soft and not too hard to eat like some crunchiness to some pizza. My girls had an amazing time dining with their mom there, i took them to show them where I ate as a kid... amazing waitress too--- she made sure to ask if we needed anything on and off several times . . Never felt forgotten and felt it was a luxury high scale restaurant. Made sure to leave her a pretty good tip considering most people dont tip or tip hardly nothing and not the 10% or 15% as recommended when prior at several restaurants looking at blank tables. Some waitress are stuck up and rude from past experience at other restaurants but when you have a good experience you don't forget it...the ones that appreciate their jobs are the ones that shouldn't be...
