Was there last night with a group of 6. We all ordered our drinks and they were delivered. As I was sipping it down I just looked at my friend next to me and he ordered the same thing. Well my coke looked like ginger ale and was absolutely no alcohol in it that I can taste . My friend said his was ok and he had it with Diet Coke mine regular coke. So we called the manager Aaron . Obviously, he wasn’t gonna taste it, but we told him what was wrong and he said no I watched them make it. Should this manager guy obviously watches all their drinks being made ha ha. Well, he took it back finally and said he’d take it off the tab and we moved to the inside of the bar tables where I ordered another. Drink came out this time the Coke was Coke and that’s what was in the glass again no flavor of the alcohol I ordered yet my friend said his was good.. So we call Aaron again He comes to And we told him the same thing his drink has nothing in it and again he says I watched him make it long story short I just drink whatever was put in front of me. Send me my bill. There’s two drinks on it for 15 bucks. I told the waitress he was taking one off.. She went back and he came back out this time with a little bit of an attitude .Making sure his waitresses were all around while we were questioning him at the table. So after that he said he would take the drinks off the bill. What a shitty attitude for a manager, which you should’ve just came out and swapped the drinks with new .We left and decided we’ll never go back there again. I hear the place is owned by some athletes for Nashville. If true Aaron is a useless manager and needs to go. Done...
Read moreThere should be a beer review on here. My coworkers and I come in here every other Tuesday for drinks and food. EVERYTIME we are here we have great service, great food and great drinks. Typically the beer is ice cold and wonderful. Today, the beer is warm. Not a really a big deal (thought it was the glass being warm or something else).
Turns out I wasn’t the only one. Another couple was leaving after they had one and said “the beer is way too warm. We’re leaving!”
We told our server, Ashley and she stated she would mention it to management. (Ashley is wonderful!) She brought me my requested “ice” for my beer. Manager Chris came out and stated that “the gages are stating that it’s 34-35 degrees and there is no need for them to inspect until it’s over 40 degrees.” That’s great but your customers are telling you, there is a problem. (There were 3 other tables, at this point, all saying the beer is warm.)
Well, we were told it was fixed and so we ordered another round. It wasn’t. The manager he comped 1 of our “untouched” beers, while I added ice to my 2nd. We do appreciate that but seemed very dismissive. He then states that there “were people in here yesterday who said the same thing!” Well, there is obviously a problem.
My point, don’t sell tap beer when you know there is an issue.
Love this place but might need to go somewhere else from now on!
*UPDATE……..3 more tables...
Read moreWe were in town for a baseball tournament and looking for a fun, relaxed spot to catch the NHL playoffs—and Neighbors in Franklin absolutely delivered. The environment was exactly what we needed: high-energy but comfortable, with plenty of TVs in every direction so you never missed a play.
We kicked things off with a round of draft Coors Lights (ice cold and on point), and I ordered the smoked wings—which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. That deep, real smoke flavor let you know they weren’t just going through the motions in the kitchen.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Super friendly, fast, and incredibly accommodating—especially with our group of both adults and kids. They made everyone feel welcome and kept the night flowing smoothly without a single hiccup.
And for those who care (which I do), there’s a Golden Tee machine right in the front. Always a bonus. Whether you’re winding down after a game or just in the mood for some friendly competition, it’s a great little add-on that keeps the good times going.
This place hits the sweet spot: great food, great service, and a sports bar atmosphere that doesn’t feel generic. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the...
