I need to share my experience about “no contact” pick up at Dominos in Franklin, KY.
I ordered a gluten free pizza with 2 marinara cups from this location, no contact pick up. (I was sick, had my hubby pick it up, less hands the better.)
My hubby picks it up. Open the pizza, no cups, yes I was charged.
We call, ask them to refund the cups. I paid through PayPal, my online receipt says it pending approval, so they have time to adjust this total.
We were told No, they can’t do that. (This was direct from the manager.) Would we like to come back and pick them up? Or be put on a list for free ones next time? (I don’t buy pizza that often, I want a refund.)
The manager then asked would we like something sweet if we came back to pick them up, my husband asks, it’s free? Wrong again, they were going to charge us for the sweet, mind you I’m gluten free, so it’s for him because I can’t eat it.
She then says, WE should have checked our order before we left!!! What is the point of contactless pick up? It was 3 items, and they always put the cups in the pizza box.
How about doing your job and double checking the order before bringing it out!
I contacted paypal directly, and they filed in my favor. My refund was given immediately.
Folks don’t let Domino’s, (manager Tiffany) or any establishment tell you refunds through paypal are not “doable” they are, and Dominios, if you are going to have people pick up their own pizza , YOU double check the order.
Yes, we did reach out to the owner of this establishment and we could not find any contact info.

Read moreI won't be back to any Dominos ever again. I don't ever buy from Dominos but they had a 2 topping 14" for 6.99 special. So I thought I'd try them. I bought 2 two topping pizzas with each having a different style of crust. They had one chance to impress but decided to serve up a couple of pizzas with virtually no toppings or sauce and no cheese that I could find. I paid $6.99 each for 14" diameter pieces of dough. A good deal for them but a rip off for me. Typical of every business in today's America. This promotion was their chance to bring in new customers. Instead, they proved themselves to be a poor choice if you want to get your money's worth. A frozen pizza from a grocery store would have tasted better. And certainly would at least have...
Read moreI ordered carryout from here last night and it was terrible. It was drenched in grease but I didn't think it'd make me sick. I only ate one slice and 6 hours later, woke up sick trying to vomit. My stomach hurt so bad from eating that pizza that I genuinely thought it was food poisoning (I'm better now but it was still a horrible experience). My dad ate a slice and ended up vomiting in the backyard as it made him sick also. Overall, after my horrific experience, I'm NEVER going to...
