George Webb Restaurant — Restaurant in Franklin

After years of going to this location, I would not recommend this restaurant. For my December 2023 visit I ordered takeout at the register. Was poorly treated by the waitress. Not friendly all, made me wait to take the order and ultimately asked the cook to take it after almost 10 min wait. When asking if I could pay the bill while the food was being prepared, she refused saying, "he has the order". I've had this severe before and never had good service from her.

The quality of the food has has really gone down from previous years. This included chilli ,supergeorge and fries. Bill was more than $16. Can get better quality from Culver's...

Don't go here when the firefighters have a reserved table.... Half the restaurant was off limits for seating only finding out after having a waitress with a snappy attitude bark at you for trying to sit down and being completely unaccommodating to a handicap person and her child. I'll take my business to one of the MANY other George Webb's for now on. Oh and by the way .... We finished our meal before ANY of the firefighters show up... Maybe be more respectful to the patrons that are actually there and not just the ones that are...

I love the breakfast. We did have a disturbing experience. A black man and his child came in and sat down in a booth. When the male server took his order everything wad fine. When the gentleman got the order it was wrong for his child and he and the server got into a shouting match. It continued for about 5 minutes. Neither gentlemen would stop yelling. This was a very scarey experience. The server did apologize to us but then started to rant again about this person. We could not wait to leave This ranting went on even when...
