Stopped at about 2:20pm and went through the drive through, manager was out smoking and i should have took that as a sign to not go through but i went through anyways. Last time i frequented this Taco bell i got the same meal and the shells were hard as a rock and i ended up shooting the whole meal out. So first thing I stated to the manager is that I had this problem and i wanted to know if the shells were fresh otherwise i would order something else. They said they had just took them out of the fryer. That was a straight lie, when i got them they were cold and hard.....again. ive lost hope in this tacobell and its crew. I heard a team member yell," i hate ignorant people" as I was in the drive thru window....assuming it was directed towards me for the simple fact that i asked if i could actually get edible food, which I know is a long shot from Taco Bell but I had a taste for it. So 28 dollars for 2 number 6' which was the 2 chicken chalupas and a plain hardshell taco and drink. Almost 30 bucks for a lie and some trash food. P.S. im not ignorant either so the verbal assumption by the crew member was totally unwarranted. Another person mad that they get 10 bucks a hour to not do their job and be spiteful. Steer clear from this location unless you want trashy cold food that is overpriced and served by lying staff that could careless of the quality of your meal you pay your good money for. Tried calling manager and there was no pickup on phone, go figure. People you have...
Read moreHad some unplanned activities in the evening that resulted in going to Taco Bell on 76th Street in Franklin, WI last night. Drove up the long contained drive to place an order and was informed it is "cash only" at that time. I had no cash, none, notta single penny. I told them it would be nice if you could put a sign out by the long drive entrance stating this, allowing us to make a better decision on eatery. We were told they did not have a sign. Suggested they could take cardboard from the boxes in back and write "cash only" and put on a wire sign post, just a friendly suggestion to improve service. Surprised, dismayed, the reply that came back, and delivered with a smart aleck attitude was "yeah, why don't you do that". Really?!?! So now I am unable to get food, am waiting stuck in line for 3-4 cars to get their meals to go before I can exit the premise. So many lessons to learn there. But, for the future, will be going to Arby's or Mc'D's or Qdoba or or or any place that is NOT Taco Bell in Franklin...
Read moreUpdate! 12/22/20 This place is still awful. Went through btge drive thru and waited over 15 minutes for them to open. When they opened I pulled up and went to order. The person told me, "We're not open right now, you're gonna have to pull around and wait at least 10 minutes". No explanation, no apology or anything and they were RUDE! I've had nothing but trouble even with the new management. Bad orders missing things and toppings wrong. Just awful. And the way they treat you has been up and down. Done here, no more!
This is the worst Taco Bell. I showed up for lunch on a Saturday and a kid who worked there was in the parking lot. He said they are supposed to be opened but with the new management who knows? They close early, they lock up the place and vape outside. Hair in our food. Wrong orders numerous times. The one on Hwy 100 and Grange is only a 5 min drive or so and we haven't had any problems there. This place went downhill when new...
