We went for the salad bar around 5pm and when we went to the salad bar so many of the vegetables and sides were empty. There was a Hispanic woman named Laura I think thatās what her name tag said that was supposed to be working but was instead standing by the icecream machine talking in Spanish on her cell phone with it on speaker. She was having an entire conversation on speaker instead of doing her job. I literally had to go over to where I ordered and ask if somebody could refill for five of the items that were completely out. She then sat her phone down as the gentleman started to walk over to help me and gave me an extremely dirty look all while she continued to have her conversation on speaker as she started refilling the items.
Then she walked away with her phone still having the conversation I then went to put dressing on and noticed that the dressing was out so I had to go ask a guy behind the counter for a second time if someone could refill it. It was me and two other ladies waiting for the dressing.
The entire time my family and I ate she was on her phone. Not once did the manager on duty do anything about this Horrible service and she continued to give my family and I several dirty looks the entire time we were there. Unbelievable.
I donāt understand how so many of the workers can be speaking in Spanish when we are in Franklin Tennessee if they speak Spanish in their native country, that is one thing but while theyāre working at an American restaurant in Franklin Tennessee, they should be only speaking English.
Needless to say we will not be returning to this Jasonās deli we will drive the extra way to the Brentwood location. Itās really sad because we were regular customers here, but we will not be...

I would like to share with you my poor experience with your restaurant.
I went there twice last month and was very disappointed both times. The first time I went with my husband and we were very annoyed that it took them forever to make his hot sandwich then just let it sit on the counter for ten minutes and microwaved my soup. So the sandwich was warm at best and even though they zapped my soup twice, it was lukewarm. They appeared to be more interested in getting food ready for delivery instead of taking care of customers dining in. And could they move any slower? It appeared that the people quite frankly just didnāt care.
I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I went again the same week with my friend. Zonk!! Same bad experience!!
They appear to care more about carry out instead of people actually dining in. And they love to talk to each other even carrying on conversations while ignoring customers.
I normally enjoy this eatery and love the fresh salad bar, sandwiches and soup!

When I started pulling food out of the bag I discovered we were missing the chips and pickles. Double checked my receipt to make sure they were on there then called Jasonās and told the person who answered what had happened. She said āOh noā and then said she didnāt know how to deduct the missing items from our order then said that since the chips and pickles were part of the order, there was nothing to deduct. Ended up saying that she guessed the next time we came to the deli we could get some chips and pickles. I just told her never mind. I know it was just 2 bags of chips and a couple of pickles but they were supposed to be part of the order and our order was incomplete because of that and the solution was for me to come there later and get some chips and a pickle. Really wish I had checked reviews on this store before ordering but, because my local Jasonās back home is so good I didnāt think I needed to. And, to top it off the sandwich was not very good.
