Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Franklin

Update: Two years after leaving a 5 star review below, I felt compelled to write another review and change my rating. This week, I received a wrap that should have NEVER been delivered to me. As soon as I opened it, I could not believe my eyes! Instead of a round rolled wrap, I saw a pile of mess that was flat as a pancake. The tortilla was torn into many pieces and somehow folded up with a pile of meat and cheese. There was hardly any lettuce, tomato and onion. How to eat it? I tried to hold it, but there was so much Ranch dressing that it was literally all over my hands. The contents were NOT inside a wrap. So, I ended up eating half of it like a piece of pizza. I threw the other half away. There was NO EXCUSE for this! Whoever made it should be fired. The problem with this location is consistency, training, supervision and bad hires. You never know what you are going to get. I boycott it for awhile and then see a promotion for new items and give it another try...and everything is great...until it's not. I tried several times to reach Rocky, the owner, and even left my number. I never heard from him. DO BETTER! It will be a LONG time before I return...if ever.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Cool Springs. We have been eating here regularly for the last 15 years and I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed. Their bread is delicious and they use only the freshest ingredients to make their sandwiches. Their delivery service is unbelievable...almost always delivered in 30 minutes or less. The management of this location is top notch....which is more than I can say for most restaurants in this area. Jimmy John's was great to me, I would order at least once a week most of the time more. I love their service and sandwiches!!!! However, I made an order today and was told they do not deliver to my location anymore. I had just ordered a sandwich on Monday and it was delivered, but here on Wednesday they do not deliver anymore. They say they can not go past Carother's Parkway now, my building is .3 miles/528 yards/1584 feet from the corner of Carother's and Murfreesboro road. I would like to know when this policy changed. I have been ordering from them for over three months and never had a problem with delivery. They have lost my business on this one. Under no circumstances will I be ordering again from this Jimmy Johns.

According to Google maps, which is used widely in the field of GPS. It is exactly three miles from the Jimmy John's address to my address, which is what I was told the limit was that they could go. It is only 2.7 miles from Jimmy John's address to the corner of Carother's and Mufreesboro Road.

This is the absolute WORST Jimmy John's. The last 3 orders for delivery took 1 1/2 to 2 hours for delivery. This is not "Freaky Fast" by no stretch of the imagination. We complained to corporate, who promised us that the Manger of this location would personally call us to apologize. They have yet to call so we are calling corporate again to submit another complaint as today was the 4th order in a row that had taken over an hour so I called. The girl on the line seemed very timid but admitted they are running 2 hours behind. So I canceled my order and the girl said she had to get the manager to do that and placed me on hold. 2 minutes later she came back on the line and said my order was voided (I will be checking my bank statements), but the manger STILL would not get on the phone.

I will not order from this location again until the Manger has been replaced. Very sad excuse...
