Five Guys — Restaurant in Franklin

Got a regular burger and fries take out for dinner. The food is excellent and delicious. If you want a burger, Five Guys is your place. And the fries, be hungry. You get amazing value for what you order. You probably want one regular fries for each two or maybe even three people in your group. Worth it. Dine in is available and in good shape. Parking is a bit tight at this location. But they have spots. The staff are nice but need to pay attention to detail. My order was given to another person before I got there. He had only the same first name. So I had to wait for my order to be made again, even though I ordered in advance via phone before I got there. I didn't wait long, maybe ten minutes. Still a blemish on an otherwise great meal. I think I will go back, but only if I know I will have extra time to deal...

My brother and I recently went here to order shakes. We were appalled to discover that the product we both received was a cup of lukewarm sweet milk. They didn't put any ice cream in our shakes! When we informed the worker that they forgot to add the ice cream he said he was aware and that they've been out/the machine was broken. Maybe that information should have been disclosed before the transaction was finalized (the cashier was the same worker who made the shakes, so he knew). Moreover, we saw him continue to take people's order and continue to make the "shakes" knowing full well that he was not delivering the advertised product. Disappointing. This experience has soured my taste for Five Guys. How am I now to know whether they will be able to adequately deliver before they...

This was by far the worse Five Guys I have ever eaten at... I tried them 3 months ago for the first time and had a bad experience then. Today however I was craving Five Guys so I talked myself into the hopes they mayve fired their grilling crew and got some new cooks. Well we have the soggiest and saltiest fries not even edible without gagging and feeling like stroking out. The burger itself was maybe 1/16th of an inch thick and looked as if it was cut in half anyways. I tried them twice now months apart from one another and they did me wrong both times. Not gonna get a chance for a third strike. I shouldve listened to my wife when she said "no we already tried this one here in franklin we'd be better off going to mcdonalds." Lol.
