TERRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT RESTAURANT MESSES UP YOUR ORDER AND REFUSES TO REFUND YOU AFTER YOUR JUST MADE A 20 MIN ROUND TRIP TO GET THE FOOD!? THEN YOU SAY YOU WILL BRING BACK THE FOOD AND THEY TELL YOU NOT TOO? YET STILL WOULDN'T REFUND? THEN THEY BLAME SLICE THE ONLINE ORDERING SITE THEY USE....EVEN THOUGH SLICE SENT THE CORRECT ORDER (WE HAVE THE RECEIPT). $7 FOR 6 SOGGY THIN SLICES OF EGGPLANT... AND THEN WE ORDER THE MEATBALL SANDWICH... CLEARLY ON THE RECEIPT AND THEY PACK A OVER COOKED SHRIMP MEAL THAT HAS SHRIMP WRITTEN ACROSS THE WHOLE TOP IN BRIGHT RED MARKER... THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL US WE GOT A GOOD DEAL BECAUSE THE SHRIMP COST MORE... WHAT THE HE'LL? WHO DOES THAT? I CAN'T EVEN HAVE SHRIMP AND WE TOLD THEM THAT. FINALLY THE 2ND TIME WE CALL, I'M UPSET AT THIS POINT AND THE MANAGER FINALLY GETS ON THE PHONE, FLUSTERED AND TELLS ME HE WILL JUST REFUND ME THROUGH SLICE. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE FOOD AND MY RECEIPT THAT I CAN GLADLY SEND TO CORPORATE. SUCH A BS HASSLE. IF I DON'T GET MY REFUND I WILL BE CONTACTING COPORATE. The food is amazing but the service wasn't the best. I ordered two meals online, and the address didn't enter in properly, and the number was also incorrect (Completely my fault). I called because I received an email stating that the information I entered was incorrect. The person I spoke to (I don't remember their name), told me that he thought the order was a prank order. I apologized several times and reordered my meals. When the delivery drive arrived to my apartment, he kicked at my door extremely hard until I answered. The driver said to me with a horrible attitude "Next time you order some food, make sure you address and number are correct." and that really upset me. I understand 100% that it was my fault for entering wrong information, but as a business, they should have been much more professional about the way they should have...

Place has gotten terrible.. food quality has gone way down. Lasagna is terrible and even comes with hair in it and when complained , and if you look at all the other bad reviews, we gotta $10 credit given to us when we spent big money for lasagna we couldn't eat- seems owner dont care at all, but gives everyone 10.00 credit just to shut them up......Basically you can take your $10, and stick it !! we will not be back and we will be given this place a terrible review wherever we can.
