Starbucks — Restaurant in Franklin

I visit this store pretty frequently, pulling up my account customer service can see this, and not once did I ever encounter the rudeness I experienced today. When I pulled up to the intercom, I told them I had a mobile order for myself, & they told me to pull forward. I then waited in line for another 15 minutes until I got to the window, & when I did the barista (red hair, didn’t give her name) told me they didn’t have an order for me. I showed her my receipt and she verified it was the right store. I then started repeating off my order to help them and she every time I spoke kept cutting me off every time I spoke she kept saying “can I see it, can I see it, can I see it” okay, I’m not giving you my phone? She acted as if I was lying about my order. Not once has this happened here. After she finally got done arguing with me, as we were leaving, she very condescendingly said “have a nice day”. I want to rate them higher but it does take a bit to get your drink and I've actively seen management avoid helping, which seemed outrageously lazy but maybe I caught them on a day they needed to place a truck order or something- trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. That being said, I tend to avoid this one because of the weekday morning customers. People expect to place their order and immediately get it... while standing in a lobby of 20+ other people who did the exact same thing at the same time. This doesn't include the Doordash orders. Their inability to make 30 drinks at once is not their fault. Stop going to the counter to check. You're adding time to every order, including your own. I waited 20 min for a drink. Lesson learned, I ordered 20 min before I knew I'd arrive and received my drink within seconds of arriving.

I'm leaving this Starbucks a 5 star review because of what I witnessed today. They're seriously doing the best they can with what they have. I ordered my drinks ahead of time on the app and this location was so short staffed and backed up with orders that I had to wait in line for 10-15 min to get my drink. This is unusual for them. Usually I walk right in and they have my order ready to go. However, their work was quick and efficient (I should know, I watched for 10-15 minutes). I even witnessed a disgruntled customer give them attitude but they handled it pretty well despite the circumstances. Covid has negatively affected lots of things and businesses like this are still suffering due to short staffing. I think we can give them a little grace. Be...
