Today my 53.00 order of two full sandwiches two drinks with delivery and here is what happened. Wow, worst experience. Iāve had. I will no longer be using Franklin Panera bread ever again. I ordered two sandwiches and two drinks for delivery. Can I see phone again? Why are you walking away? What are you doing? I wanna see the ingredients. I ordered the chicken bacon rancher. Thereās no white cheddar on it. Thereās no ranch on it and thereās a single solitary piece of bacon.. then I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt as well. It had no pepper do peppers on it at all. Both sandwiches were complete bread like 80% of the sandwich was bread then we ordered two drinks with our meals and they only delivered one and then credited our account for a drink, which doesnāt help me because I want something to drink while I eat my dry sandwich this composed of 80% bread, I am deeply disappointed in this order and this will be the last time I order from Franklin Panera ever again it really sucks because Iāve been eating at this location since it opened and Iāve had zero problems and today it was absolutely horrible. Every time Iāve ordered here my orders have been flawless and today my orders was absolutely horrible. so Iām driving to McDonaldās to get my large Coke so that I can attempt to eat whatever sandwich this is I was only able to eat a third of a full sandwich because of how dry it was. Itās very difficult to eat without a drink. I just canāt believe how horrible the sandwiches are. I called the store to inform the manager, the acting General manager. he was the only person I talk to. He immediately answered the phone, no associate. he told me that I should be nicer to the people who make the sandwich even though I wasnāt raising my voice or yelling I was simply explaining to him how bad my meal was and that Iām not looking for you to remake it or refund my money just want to figure out what happens since all of my other orders have been flawless and try and solve the problem with whatever employee cannot make sandwiches. He told me that I should be nicer. The people who make the sandwiches, which I donāt understand because I was completely polite and courteous, wouldnāt talking to him with a normal tone of voice, which I will say thatās not a way you should talk to disappointed customers, Iām a local business owner in the area, so I take talking to managers Itās always done with respect with as much information as possible to help them do their jobs. They refunded my mail which I didnāt have to do and I really didnāt want them to do. I just want them to correct this problem so I can keep eating there because this is the worst meal Iāve ever eaten....

I had the best lunch at Panera today (open in Franklin, Indiana), chipotle avocado chicken sammy, broccoli cheddar cup soup, delicious iced green tea, along with the best dessert. š I wish Panera would bring back the lemon chicken orzo soup, though.
I have two suggestions: As customers, we need a more open area where we can get our cup lid and straws. That one little cubby is cause for long waiting and a pile of people in the way for others trying to get their cups and drinks. Better layout...

I asked about it and I was told that there weren't enough bagels to fill the order, so they didn't fill it. That was a bit disappointing. They didn't partially fill it either. They also didn't send an email letting us know they couldn't fill it. I did find out that if we order 3 days in advance, they would have the bagels to complete the order.
