I would highly recommend this place. Stopped in here because I needed help with my Mom's phone. She had really messed it up and had turned on Google Assistant. Couldn't get it turned off for the life of me. Went in and 2 super nice gentleman helped me with the phone and turned off Google Assistant. I think they had worked on it for around 20-25 minutes. Spent 2 hours speaking to customer service last night. My mobile and wifi connection is now worse than it was before I called. Tech basically had me cycle power to phones and wifi after removing and adding my service again, then, Told me to wait 48-72 hours and try calling again if it still didn't work. Wife and I both work from home regularly so that's a pretty big problem. Undescided but I think it's time...

T-Mobile in Franklin very rude. Went there to pay bill and they wouldn’t let me cause I didn’t have my id the chubby guy said we don’t want strangers to pay your bill I replied I bet there’s sooo many people doing that nowadays lol...
