Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Franklin

I will never go back. My husband, daughter, mother, father and I went there tonight. We arrived at 7:45 pm and it was fairly empty. We had one server see us, waiting to be seated, he stopped, turned around and went to the back. Waited a few minutes and someone else took us to be seated. We waited for about 5 minutes before our waitress came. She took our drink and appetizer orders. Came out with our drinks and takes our dinner orders. We still have not seen our appetizer. Now 30 minutes from when we placed our dinner order has gone by and we still have not received our appetizers. She starts clean the table behind us and says our food will be out soon. I casually mention the appetizers and see she had forgot to put them in. She rushed to get them out seconds before dinner. She now had disappeared again. Comes back and says she will get the check. She smells of fresh cigarette smoke. She assumes only one check and didn't ask until she brings it back out. We tell her two. She starts cleaning every table around us, completely ignoring us for another 20 minutes and we had made it clear we were ready to go. She came to pick up our tickets and I asked for her Manager. The Manager came out like there wasn't a problem and blames a rush. Side note there was about 15 employees and only 10 tables at most were filled. It was clearly not busy. The Manager now blames it on being a new business. This is not a good excuse in my opinion. Our waitress has already ran our cards and the Manager doesn't even offer to help with the bill, but offers us coupons to come back. I informed her I will not be returning. She said she will speak to the employee, but that is all she is able to do. I will...

I gave this place a good review last time... Even the owner commented on it but now it's time for an update

What used to be a good place to eat, with accommodating and friendly staff has turned into nothing more than a hole in the wall Wing joint that treats customers like dirt. Our server was the bartender, and from the get-go she seem to have an attitude. She even told her manager that we were"rude' to her because we weren't ready to order when she came to the table and I said we needed a minute. We were in the middle of a heavy family discussion. When she finally did come take our order she got my order wrong and when I asked about it after the food came she berated me saying "I WROTE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU SAID. (Apparently NOT)

I then went to ask for her name as she was walking away and she introduced me to the night manager whose name was Joe. This gentleman thought he was God! Because of the fact that I said that she was wrong she responded with you been rude to me since you walked in and ignored me. I told her that we had other things to take care of and we're not ready to order when she was ready for us so the manager took her side and asked us to leave.REALLY?!? Your employee screws up and you kick out the customer???

I do not... Repeat DO NOT in any way shape or form... Recommend this location. Go across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings. They may take a while longer to get your order but you won't get kicked out when you bring to their attention that they made a mistake. They at least try to...

This is our favorite place to go for food!! The atmosphere is really nice--kind of like a bar with a restaurant but family friendly--very sports decorated inside. Booths and tables.

The staff is always very kind and accommodating. We eat inside and pick up food frequently.

We LOVE the boneless wings and the curly fries. They have like a dozen different sauces to choose from. (I highly recommend the hot honey garlic or the hot barbie!)

AND my 5 year old son is obsessed! He loves the food and always asks if we can go there for dinner. What kind that age passes up McDonald's for something else!?

I guess what I'm trying to say is forget buffalo wild wings and wings stop and check them out. They have a ton of other menu options too, and you really shouldn't pass up on the...
