Been to a few Starbucks in Franklin/Brentwood & this was my first visit to this one, while on my way to work. Didn’t remember the red cup for the derive drink deal that was going on today, November 17th, and they still got my order out in a timely manner! All very kind even when there was soooo much going on. I couldn’t do it if I were them🤣 counted ten workers when I visited around 7a today. All were focused on getting everyone’s orders out & did amazingly & smoothly. Drive through was wrapped around the building and going down the rd a bit. Inside was crowded and full of people waiting for their orders and eating there at the tables. This is mostly mobile orders in the table. They got mine out right around the time the app told me it would be, because I placed a mobile order too. The girl in the brown hair and glasses in this picture, did so well at communicating to me where my drink was in the list of drinks she had to finish. She had the tablet in front of her and was also calling out names & finishing up the drinks. I just wanted to know bc I didn’t expect the amount of orders/people & I was on my way to work. The red cup deal day was sure a busy one for them, but they all did great! Hope they all got a great tip share at the end of the day! My drink was perfect and I thank you, employees on FOH line, for the patience of waiting for all my shots to be poured! Sorry, just felt like getting 4 today!🤣 Thank you again! Fast...

This location was the absolute worst location that I have EVER been to. I visited on December 4th. I entered the drive through line at 4:58pm. There were 8-10 cars in front of me. I did not pay for my order until 5:30pm!!!
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order early because I had a busy day ahead and wanted to save time. On my way there, I got stuck in traffic due to road work, but I arrived as quickly as I could.
When I came in to pick up my order (which included one coffee, two other drinks, egg bites, and a spinach feta wrap), I was greeted by a brunette employee with a nose ring and a messy bun who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude were completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service — she came across as judgmental and disrespectful.
When I got to my car, I took a sip of my coffee and realized it was completely cold. I went back inside to politely mention it, and instead of helping, she rolled her eyes, looked up my order, and said it had been made 20 minutes ago — as if it were somehow my fault. To make things worse, my spinach feta wrap was cold in the middle and missing the back piece entirely.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The service was rude, the food and drinks were poorly handled, and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this...
