Had a horrible experience. Coffee wasn't made the best I asked to add a little coffee to the mass amount of sweet cream. The rude young girl (rain) tells me the drink is made right and I'll have to buy another shot of expresso. I did not want mor expresso just a little coffee. She and the older lady behind the counter started saying rude comments to each other and laughing, Like they already knew they messed the drink up. We asked the cashier to follow starbucks policies and remake the drink properly. Second time around it's a little better. I don't feel the two girls behind the counter know what or how to make a proper coffee drink or have any customer service skills. They where rude and childish. Keep changing employees that have no experience in making drinks. Been coming here for almost 2 months, everything was ok, until yesterday and today, this Starbuck do not have anyone that know how to make a simple drink . I like my 4 shot expresso and 2 pump white mocha, with a splash of cream. As simple a drink can, but it’s seem like the newer employees doesn’t have any brain with cream, how much expresso in the cup to pour a whole bunch of cream in the drink? It’s like cream that you’re drinking instead of expresso. And when you tell the worker there, then they suggested you should put your own cream in your drink. We are from Georgia and we can across the Ingles Market. The market is so very nice and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. However the starbucks is bad. I texted my father the order and he showed it to them because his english is not well. I asked for a grande dragon fruit refresher. He came back with a pink drink like dragon fruit beverage. Are we low on regular refreshers? Why was milk added to it??! Did the text say PINK DRAGON FRUIT REFRESHER, no. It said DRAGON FRUIT REFRESHER.
