Starbucks — Restaurant in Franklin

Did a mobile order and came in 15 minutes later. Told the people inside I did a mobile order with my name and they immediately brought me my two drinks, great! I came in because drive up was slammed and they had what looked like only 3 people. Some blonde girl came out and started making food about 5 minutes into me waiting and I saw 3 things go out to drive up. The two baristas knew I was waiting as I had said something, twice. When I heard the blonde girl start to say sorry I figured it was because she realized she wasn't helping and then she even left the oven beeping so the drive up person had to leave the window to help her. Then he brought out another sandwich to drive up! I said to them if my food isn't coming could they please refund me. The barista looked at the blonde girl and KNEW she hadn't done it because he said "just refund her". That was so rude how they were aware and intentionally ignoring me. It's not an issue of short staffing like I thought, the staff simply doesn't care. I can't believe there's a store I will never tip at but these baristas I've seen before so I know they're...

Very disappointed in our visit today! I frequent many Starbuck stores due to the amount of traveling I do. Today we stopped at the Franklin Starbucks. Every Starbucks I have visited have honored the August promotion of buy one drink get one free when you use the app which I just started using! Thanks to a barista at the Rockaway Target Starbucks, she was also the one who told me about the promotion. The barista that took my order knew nothing about and did not even inquire with someone else or a supervisor. Then I pick up our drinks and one of them was wrong!
