Starbucks — Restaurant in Franklin

This Starbucks was getting slammed 5 minutes before close. Then someone either went on break or left for the day as they were working the rush. It took 20 min to get our order and they forgot to make half of it and had to finish the rest after close. The mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was not as good as we expected but the Cafe mocha was okay. I've not seen a Starbucks have a day like that before. Disorganized and chaotic and people being served out of order and being turned away because it was not clear that they were closed. I recommend clearer signage or communication on when...

I don’t have an issue with waiting- the girl at 1618 on the 21st of July and her counterpart were busy- they didn’t move fast but okay- but the coffee is not really hot- so I simply asked when it was made last and she said ten minutes- not possible since I waited ten minutes to be served- she said- you DID NOT wait that long. I said either way you may want to make a fresh pot this is not hot. “Whatever” whatever?
