So I wish I could do a half star it dose not Deserve 2 stars but definitely not 3 stars. I go to this store about one, to about two times a week. I love the staff and they know what I want when I come in everyone is really friendly. But today wasn’t so good for them. I call and get the same thing every time, I get the #9 xtra mayo lite. Lettuce, a pop, and a bbq chip normally my order rings in at about 10-12$ but his time it was 15.25$ I ask her why and she tax and delivery I said okay and went ahead with the order, the lady who delivered my food was amazing and super sweet. I waited about 30 minutes to get my food. I eventually got a call from the lady who delivered my food, she had asked what was outside my home because she couldn’t find it.then she had expressed her concerns on the phone about my dog being in the front by the door, so I put her in the back before I opened it up paid and gave her a tip. I came inside and started eating and realized there was no dressing on my sandwich at all. So I called up to the store and talked to the manager and he told me that I was wrong about the order and that he watched them make it. But the sandwich was in my hand. I told him what my order was once again. And proceeded to tell him that I am a regular customer and I get the same thing every time, and how much I love the store so he told me that he would comp my order and send me a new sandwich. But there was a catch he wanted me to re-wrap the sandwich that I had already eaten half of and give it back to the person delivering my new sandwich. He also told me that he was going to send a complementary cookie with it for the order being wrong and the trouble I went through it to get my sandwich I made. I said OK and delightfully told him that I had already eaten half of it and was he sure that he wanted me to re-wrap a half eaten sandwich and send it back to them. He told me it was company policy and that it needed to be done just to make sure that I wasn’t lying I said OK. The lady came back and as she handed me my sandwich so I gave her another tip for going out of her way to be so polite and drive my sandwich back to me she had a bit of an attitude about the whole thing and explained that there was a huge rush at the store before I had called and everybody was still trying to recuperate from it I said no problem I understood I worked in the food business myself so I brushed it off then I realize she never gave me my cookie and I understand how trivial that is and Patty but when you tell me that you were going to send me something and it didn’t get sent I called back and told him hey I didn’t get the cookie and he said it was free so why does it matter and I said well I was hopping to get it because you said I could and he hung up on me!!! So I think it’s time to go to a new store or stop getting jimmy Johns...
Read moreI initially pulled into the drive thru with a bland greeting without a total. Once I arrived at the drive thru window, I witnessed a horrific sight!! The MANAGER ( Eddie) was completely exposed at the sandwich board. The band of Eddie pants hung with a belt beneath his hips. I was able to see Eddie's full behind. I sat at the window for a few moments without staff acknowledgment. I was completely befuddled as to what I was looking at. I was certain that I saw raw flesh!
By no means, was I going to complete my order with payment with the knowledge of an unsanitary kitchen.
Unfortunately, I left the site without obtaining a picture. After leaving, I wanted all to witness what I saw....... I went back to JJ's and was told that Eddie was actually the MANAGER! I asked the staff if anyone mentioned Eddie pants and told yes!! I was also told that staff had no knowledge on how to access the GM. I was told that I could find the GM on the website. I searched JJ's website to no avail.
I reached out to a few stores seeking the GM contact information. I tried to handle this matter this more discreetly. I after I did not receive help from the staff, I decided to post this review. I'm saddened to post this review on a matter that should...
Read moreFirst off Jimmy johns have the best food around hands down. However I came in to order food as usual I am pregnant so I always spend $30 plus . Upon coming in I just so happened to be talking to the general manager I told her I had already worked at Jimmy John's prior to last year to which she mentioned " well do u need a job because we're hiring " I told her about my previous experience with me being the only 1% black and it being racist , she reassured me it was nothing like that here insisted on me giving her my name and number and said she'd reach out for an interview . I called a couple days later and kept getting the run around left my name spoke with a team member who was actually about to quit and said me working 10-6 Mon-Fri and closing Saturday Sunday would literally fill her shoes , I even told her I just got my car fixed and insurance and wouldn't mind being a delivery driver and an inshop ,actually starting to feel confident especially being already trained . Today was it I called she was in she lied and said she'd call me when business slowed up and never did , I honestly wouldn't want to work here anyway and will just continue to stay in my place and come for my pregnant women meal...
