Wow! You used to love going to this Duncan a lot when I was younger with my grandmother and one of her friends. Always had a great time. In the past few months they've gotten my order wrong three times! I don't even customize anything. Once I did a mobile pickup order using the app. Just ordered two donuts one glazed and one cream filled and a nice coffee. When I get there my coffee and donuts are ready on the counter with my name and food items listed on the sticker I grab them and leave thinking nothing of it. When I got home my coffee was right but I had two completely different donuts. A chocolate frosted and a sprinkle strawberry. Not what I ordered at all! I go back in and tell them what I ordered and show them my receipt from my email and the wrong donuts. They apologize and gave me the right donuts. About a month later I'm getting my hair done at the haircuttery off of 7th Street. I ordered DoorDash for me and my stylist. I got us each two donuts and each of us a drink. Our drinks were correct but donuts were wrong again! I ordered a glazed, a chocolate frosted, a Boston cream and a strawberry sprinkle. I did get the chocolate frosted in the glazed but then I got a powdered jelly filled and a sour cream donut. I can see which Duncan it came from and it came from this one so I contacted them first before going through DoorDash. They said they were out of those two donuts so just gave me something else instead of contacting me. They said if I wanted a refund they could not give me one as their manager wasn't there until the next morning. So I just went through DoorDash to get my refund. From then on I stopped ordering and just always went through the drive-thru. Nothing went wrong for a while until this morning. I always order the same thing a large iced mocha latte and every now and then just a plain glazed donut. There was only one car ahead of me so they were not very busy. When I get up to the window she said large iced mocha and glazed donut? I said yes she told me the total and I paid. She then hands me a medium regular iced latte and a bag of hot food. Then she left the window. I sat there for a moment and she wouldn't come back. So I drove around and went inside. Told them this was the wrong order as I ordered a large iced mocha and a glazed donut. Had to stand there and wait for them to remake it. So I'm kind of getting tired of getting my order wrong so many times. If you're out of specific flavors just tell the customer. Don't just give them anything. You repeated the order to me and then gave me something completely different. Check what the ticket says on the bag before stuffing random donuts into it. Read moreThis location needs to get it together. If you’re going to be closed for renovation on the inside then your drive thru needs to be better at getting orders correct. Second time in less than a month, they forgot to put my entire mobile order in the bag so I had to get back in the long drive thru line to get my entire order..and of course no apology. Then today I decided to give them another chance and again they failed miserably. When you submit a mobile order it’s in writing, so why is it so difficult for them to get it right. I asked for 2 medium coffees with 7 sugars and 7 cream..plain and simple. I get home and I have one coffee black..no cream and no sugar and the other coffee was just cream no sugar. Reading is fundamental. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. Save your money and time and go somewhere...
Read moreThis location used to be great. Over the last few months it has gone downhill. We have put up with being told they ran out of cups, they ran out of lemon for the tea, etc., but tonight was the last straw. I ordered two large Iced Teas at 6:30 PM and was told "we are out of iced tea for this evening". They dont close until 10 PM and it is 84 degrees outside. They couldn't have made more tea for the rest of the day? Also there is a new employee there that dresses very unprofessionally. She wears very tight jeans and ties her t-shirt at the bottom so that her midriff shows. I dont feel that is proper work attire. It is very sad to see this establishment...
