The Dunkin Donuts franchise has been a staple in the fast food industry for decades, and for good reason too. There’s a reason this brand’s slogan is “America Runs on Dunkin”. Whether you’re grabbing a cup of Joe on the way to the airport or taking home a box of dozen to the wife and kids on Saturday morning; Dunkin Donuts has prided itself on being there to help you out. Despite what may have been their best efforts, the Dunkin Donuts on South Jefferson just cannot hold up to these standards. First thing to take note of is the location. Connected to a busy shopping plaza with old roads and tight turns, getting in and out of this location is just awful and inconvenient. The drive thru and parking situation here is also a mess. As you’re entering the parking lot you’re more than likely to come head to head with the folks who are trying to exit the drive thru since the exit and entrance are the same. Not to mention the separate lane for mobile order pickups causing even more chaos. I get that this used to be a bank and remodeling the old building is unique, but the execution here is just no good at all. Food here is fine, nothing to write home about. I had a classic bacon egg and cheese on everything as well as a sausage wake up wrap, hash browns and a caramel iced coffee. Coffee was great! Everything else was fine. My biggest issue here is that every time I’ve placed an order it gets mistaken or items are just flat out missing. I wouldn’t be surprised if I found a happy meal toy in my bag on the next go around! The level of consistency with this problem is alarming and needs to be addressed. Dunkin is all about serving you a quality breakfast as efficient as possible to get your day started. When the efficiency is no longer there, what do you really have left? My qualms with the business are minor and have the potential to be fixed, but it’s enough to consider visiting one of the many other Dunkin locations in the area or even a competitor.

Read moreI'm so turned off by this location for real. I always, always order decaf coffee. This would be the 3rd time i was given regular coffee instead of decaf. Even though the sticker on my cup said decaf I know how my body reacts to caffeine. I was not even given regular coffee but i received the midnight coffee instead. I know this because i almost ended up in the ER because of my symptoms. I had massive heart palpitations and I had the shakes for 2 days. I tried to call the location and the phone number doesn't even work. I then called the corporate number and all i got was Lip service saying the owner would reach out to me and that has never happened. I don't think anything will ever happen but the people at corporate Kévin and Corrine said they will reach out to the owner. I don't think the owner cares about the lack of customer service at this location. The employees really need to be aware that when someone orders decaf give them decaf and if you are out then, then let the customer know instead of giving them your choice. My friends and I will no longer visit this location, there's so many other locations around that takes time to ensure the orders are correct. If management doesn't care then I guess the employees dont care either. Poor, poor experience. Run from...
Read moreI placed my order on the app for a half dozen donuts and when I pulled around the man at the speaker told me to pull around for my order only to have the woman there tell me I haven’t placed my order yet. I showed her my receipt and the store number and she refused to help me any more. I parked and went inside to continue to show that I had been charged and confirming the store number with my receipt the cashier called the manager who refused to look at me and would only tell the cashier she thought I was a scammer and refused to look up my order in her system and told me to leave the store. I had to contact my bank on my own to cancel the order since I couldn’t receive any help from the managers of the location. I will never return here after I was treated like a thief only trying to pick up my half dozen donuts. Never been treated so poorly by an...
