The grill operator did a great. When I ride it appeared that he was outside on there's one sales person on the floor and she totally ignored me for more than 5 minutes while she made one waffle for three people. Thanks 3 minutes to make a at waffle House. The girl operator came in took my order made it perfectly it was an All-Star breakfast and two chicken melts. And he gave that order to this same sales person / server/waitress she wrote it down wrong as to All Star breakfast isn't to patty melt. Then she gave him a hard time about how he gave her the order. I told her I managed to waffle House is 30 years ago. And how he gave for the orders exactly how I would have called and then. More so he remember the order exactly how I gave it to him because I changed it from how appears on the menu. She was so busy giving him a hard time for no reason that she forgot to give me utensils I asked her to butters instead of one she gave me two syrups. And she told me the bill was $23.25. I gave her $40 just gave me back $12 and change. Course I questioned it cuz there's a $5 difference. And she simply said you have the 20% you have a 20%. A 20% what. She made me so mad given that young-girl operator hard time we did a great job that I gave him a $10 and her. And I'm writing this review and hopes that the manager or the district manager at the regional manager will see it and get rid of this lazy individual who is giving some man that's in there working in the middle of the night a hard time for doing her job and his very well . And she couldn't even do her job. I don't like negative reviews I'm going to close for the fact that the girl operator should never have to go to work and deal with that kind of nonsense from this woman who had her pants pulled down below her buttocks talking to this fellow employee like he was trash. Call process he did his job and her job had did it perfectly and he showed the absolute most professionalism and said absolutely nothing her. Nobody should have to work under such circumstances. Of course this woman didn't have a name tag on her name would be in this review. It's service like that it is not at all surprising they have to charge 20% for to-go orders because nobody's going to give her a...
Read moreUpdate: 12/17/2024 Well, I gave the Jefferson location another shot because it used to be my favorite and was hoping it was just a one time thing bad experience. WRONG!! Eggs were not cooked as I requested. Undercooked. Bacon was not crispy, but chewy. Wasn't in strips. Just hunks of bacon pieces thrown in a pile on the plate. Maybe the cook should have been paying better attention to the cooking instead of complaining about her personal life. Her voice was SO LOUD!! it's like she thought she was in her own home shooting the bull. And the music was so loud! Not everyone appreciates rap over and over. Again, the selection of music was to their taste and not the general public. A little Christmas music would have been nice this time of year. Once my server gave me my check, that was it. No checking back to see if I wanted anything. In summary, a repeat of terrible food, loud chatty staff acting as in they were in their personal living rooms and LOUD LOUD nerve-wracking rap music over and over. Dirty dishes left on tables as if they were too busy to bus. There were not that many customers and if they stopped chatting then they could bussed those tables! Prices have increased and I wouldn't mind so much if the food, atmosphere and service were better. Sadly, Waffle House and I will part ways.
Jefferson location is usually my favorite but not today. It felt like I was crashing a private party. The cook and another girl there were so loud. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and my grilled tomatoes were burned. Lots of talking among themselves and very loud music. It was unnerving. Also dirty dishes left on some of the tables when they had plenty of time to clean. I was really disappointed today because this is usually my favorite Waffle House. If I go back and see that same crew, I will definitely turn around and out...
Read moreThe only reason I’m leaving this review is because my friend and i were just at this wafflehouse location. May 9th from around 3:30am to 4:15am. We walked in and James immediately greeted us and let us know he’d clear a table for us in a minute. I soon realised that not only was every single table covered in plates, but that poor James was the only other employee in the establishment! We found The two cleanest spots at the bar top, sat down, and began asking why they hadn’t scheduled more than one person for the evening. He kindly explained to us that they had but the other employee was currently outside asleep in his car. We asked if he was sick or in school, etc, and James said “no he just decided to go to sleep in his car.” Ive never felt so awful for anyone in my life. He took our order and made it so quickly! My friends had asked for gravy on her hash-browns and at the time he had run out. James stood there and made a fresh batch. I appreciate the service I got tonight from him. He worked so hard to make sure the customers he had were taken care of and happy. I hope that next time I visit he’ll be there to serve me again. As for the employee that fell asleep in his car... my friend and I walked out and looked into the only other car in this part of the parking lot and sure enough. There was Davonte asleep in the front seat in his full uniform. We made sure to get his name off his name tag before we left. Davonte you should be ashamed of yourself for having such a lack of respect for other people, especially your coworkers, at...
