Good morning everyone today Monday, November 25, 2024 at 9:15 AM this McDonald’s is treacherous and unbelievable. I pulled up and ordered a steak McMuffin because the bagel is too thick. The guy wanted to charge me Almost $10 I think nine dollars and some change $10 and when I told him I’ve never paid $10 McMuffin He said does 295 sound right? I looked at him and said I don’t work here. I don’t know Your modified prices. He supposed to know how much it is. Assume he tried to charge The price then the manager come flying over getting to argument with him about the price, what I mean, 5 minutes almost went by And I had to go to work so I pulled off. The customer. Service is horrible. I would like you to watch your money. That’s why I’m making this count your money and make sure they know what they’re doing because they’re charging anything. Side-note the manager didn’t fly over when he was trying to charge me $10. Read moreI placed a curbside order and proceeded to park and enter the parking spot number as directed in the app (as I have done many times before). After waiting 20 minutes with receiving my order, I went inside to ask about it. They found it sitting and waiting and immediately blamed me for not "checking in". I explained that I did check in as directed on the app and I expressed that I would like a fresh order. I didn't want food that had been sitting for 20 minutes when I was already there and waiting. The employees argued with me that it was my fault for again "not checking in" (even though I did) and offer some fresh fries instead. Again, I stated that I would like a whole new order since it wasn't my fault that it was sitting there for the past 20 minutes. They eventually took it to the back and brought out my "replacement" order about 5 minutes later. Once I left and tried the food, everything was cold. Not even the fries were fresh. It was a terrible experience, and even after showing and confirming with an employee that I did indeed check in as I was supposed to, they didn't even bother...

DESPITE IT SAYING ITS OPEN AND LETTING YOU PAY FOR THE FOOD, THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL INSTANCES WHEN YOU GET TO THE MCDONALDS AND ITS CLOSED FOR SOME OBSCURE REASON!!!!!!! I work graveyard and occasionally have to eat out. This McDonald’s is the absolute worst. They encourage you beforehand to order on the app before getting there. So I do. And then I get there and it’s closed for some strange reason or another (tonight it was maintenance supposedly). That would be all fine and well if the app conveyed that ahead of time so that you couldn’t order and pre pay for an item you’ll never receive. This has happened to me a multitude of times at this location. If you’re going to close for any period of time, shut down the app for orders so that people don’t waste time and money and energy going to a place that the app says is open and will gladly take your money, only for you to arrive and you can’t get your food and no one will help you get a refund.
