I visit this particular Ziggis many times a week to pick up my regular drinks. Went by today and ordered my usual 32oz Co Sunrise, and when I got to the window, I was told that they just didn't have quite enough of a specific ingredient to do my full 32oz, but had enough for the next size down at 24oz. At the time I accepted it and went about my day, and when they handed my drink, while it was still in a 32oz cup, it just had a bit of extra ice in it, making it hardly noticeable in difference.
I say all this to say that they could have easily simply charged me for the normal drink, hand me the cup, and I would have probably moved on non-the-wiser. Hope my next experience is better. Edit: just went back to this location and the experience was equally poor. Wrong sizes for drinks, no whip cream, and poor attitude when my order was taken. This will be the last time I go to...

Very disappointed the coffee was charged in full, even a discount to support the responders would have been a great thought. The punch card program was not an offer either. Maybe being a new location factors in as how this happened. Ziggis has always been very supportive for communities so very disappointed in...
