Ordered for pick up, estimated 8 minutes for food prep and when I arrived it was a few minutes for the frys. Store was clean and bright. Food was not the normal five star I give five guys, here's why...burgers were flavorless and watery, minimal sauce on the burgers but the toppings were perfect. Frys were soggy and some drenched in oil. Also another thing I found odd in comparison to the other five guys I have been to is the frys were in a cup and in with the burgers, I am used to a cup and a half full bag of just frys and the burgers are separate. Overall for the best burgers I know of, this was disappointing and I hope when I go again, this will be a one time thing.
UPDATE Everything I previously stated has been brought to the five guy standard that I know. Everything was delicious, frys were on point, courteous service, and they were awesome about taking care of an allergy recipient. I could not be happier with the experience, well done...
Read moreI visited this location a few weeks ago. It was clean, and the food was delicious. My only issue was with the service. I had placed an online order and gave my name at the counter. A short woman with an undercut and black hair was very rude, telling me something about “doing white tickets first” and implying that, since I was a DoorDasher, I had to wait.

The younger employee then made my food, handed it to me with a smile, and later approached me in the lobby to sincerely apologize, saying that’s not how they conduct business. I learned she was just 16 and at her first job, and I respect this location for hiring younger workers—my first job was also in fast food.
The older employee’s behavior was inappropriate and should be addressed, but otherwise, I had no issues and...
Read moreThe burgers are ok... Over priced but not bad. The fries are gross and over priced. They tasted like cardboard with all spice. (do not advertise having Cajun spice to a real Cajun... Start using Tony's seasoning.) My kids wouldn't eat their hot dogs, and I don't blame them. The milkshakes were a bit over powering in taste. Portion sizes were nice but for 4 meals we spent right under $100. That is outrageous. The only really good thing was the service from the woman working the counter. She was friendly, helpful and displayed more patience than I have ever seen in customer service. It was tacky though to have their peanut oil and other cooking supplies out in the middle of the restaurant, while it...
