This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any lounge or restaurant. I came in excited to relax with a hookah and a meal, but everything that could go wrong did.

The hookah didn’t even work properly — no smoke, no flavor, just frustration. The pizza came out cold, the drink smelled off, and to make it worse, there was a hair in my food.

When I told the staff, they acted like it was normal and offered no apology or solution. The whole place felt careless, unclean, and unprofessional.
