This location has repeatedly provided my family poor customer service on 3 separate occasions from August to September 2016 . I would give this location no stars if the system would allow. In this day and age it's time that we as good paying customer stop taking lackluster customer service from locations that just Don't Care. Just so that you know when you go into a Starbucks you should always be made to feel you are welcome and your money that you spend is appreciated in a location. My wife and I have asked for a venti drink to be split into two cups that we have purchased from Starbucks and have been told it's against policy to do it. What this location has failed to understand is that we know that's not true. The indifference has got to stop. Don't worry I'm willing to take this location all the way to the CEO of Starbucks. Read moreI have tried on several occasions to order ahead - I have done this successfully in many locations, except here. I have been given the wrong person's order more than once, despite confirming my name - very insistent window staff; really, I am certain of my name. Twice experienced being told "okay, we have your order, see you at the window" to pull up at the window and be told "we didn't get your order." I always have my receipt pulled up and the location confirmed - today I got angry, parked, walked into the store to see a worker with my cup in her hands - really?! I end up being late for a cup of nearly black corree - not a latte, not a frappe, mocha, blended anything .... coffee with a splash of cream. DONE, Done and done. Not...
Read moreThis location is usually really good with the exception of the barista in a flannel shirt and bandana who ignored me when I walked in, she did not say 'Welcome In' to me, but did say that to every other customer. She also made a point to walk around from the drive thru and give me a very mean look. I don't know this person outside of this building. I am a paying customer trying to enjoy my day and do not appreciate the blatant disrespect I received from this girl. She also did not say 'Have a nice day' to me when I left, but did say that to every other customer leaving. The service here is always good and friendly with the exception of this one person.
