I want to commend Nasia for the stellar service she provided to me. My first impression of my visit was, this is going to be lengthy. I was hoping that Nasia would acknowledge my presence, but she was dealing with an extremely difficult customer, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She handled the customer with great patience and poise. When she finally had time to breathe a breath of fresh air, she handled my request with great professionalism, as if she never just dealt with a rude customer. The Starbucks in that shopping center is clean and the staff are friendly. The parking lot can be confusing and a bit difficult to maneuver, especially because people tend to cut you off since there is a lack of visible lines to follow.
