New Location - Poorly run - mediocre taste
I used to order Papa John’s often in the 1990s & early 2000s. I decided to order for the first time in years. New location opened up & they mailed out coupons. They wouldn’t honor the coupon. Said it is no longer valid. Just got it a couple days ago in the mail. I ordered something else. Kicker is once in the store, they are passing out the same coupons on the counter that he said was no good. When I pointed that he said those were no good either. Then why pass them out? I’ll tell you. GOOD OLD FASHIONED BAIN AND SWITCH. Either way, when I got home I was excited to bite into my pizza pie & relive the taste of my childhood. Disappointment! Mediocre taste. Sauce is horrible. Cheese is just ok. What I can promise is I will not go back! Even if it was $3 a pie, it does nothing for me taste wise. I’ve had better frozen pizza. I’ve had better pizza at some roadside dive place in nowhere Kentucky. To anyone reading this review….stick with the local mom & pop pizza joints! Leave this place where it belongs…some nasty food court in a train station somewhere....
Read morehad an amazing experience with Papa John’s and had to share! The pizza was absolutely spot-on – the crust was golden and just the right kind of chewy, the sauce rich and tangy, and the toppings were fresh and loaded generously. That signature garlic sauce? Still the GOAT. Whether you're into classics or their stuffed crust options, it’s hard to go wrong here.
Fast service, piping hot delivery, and flavor that keeps you coming back – cheers to Papa John’s for another pizza...

Pizza was cold after driver just rang door bell and left pizza on the ground in front of the door in 25° weather??? I called to speak to manager and got someone on the phone that barely spoke English. Lesson learned!!!!...
