Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Freeport

Ordered pizza just now and went to pick up in drive thru window and when I got home I had a burned pizza. Called up there and spoke with the manger on duty (Shaylyn) how ever u spell her name and she told me to bring the pizza back. As I was showing her the pizza she told me that it wasn’t burned pizza at all n I had to explain to her that I’m come here a lot of times and order a lot from here due to it being close to my house. N I have NEVER had any problems but today…… I asked for corporate number and she told me that she didn’t have it. I just would like to say next time there is a way to handle it a little better lil mama is all. But I hope this teaches u a lesson. I was buying for my mother that couldn’t chew crunchy food. On top of it all I was sick with Covid n had to bring pizza back up there and get out my car just to complain about something that should have been right in...

Usually they are great. Tonight I went and ordered a small pizza for my son through tbe drive-thru. The young man in the window looked high to start with and was rude. There were people behind me and a young woman told me to go around. I literally sat for 30 mins until I called asking where my food was. The guy that answered, a different guy was really nice and told me they aren't allowed to bring food orders out. I was supposed to go back through the drive-thru. REALLY? The girl that told me to drive around NEVER MENTIONED THAT!! This dominos is really close to me but after tonight I will not be going back. I'd rather drive out of the way to Lake Jackson then...

This location needs to train their drivers better. The older lady gave us the wrong order then the store took their longest time to answer the phone to tell them what happened that I had time to call the people from the pizza that I got to go pick up my pizza that I ordered in the small storm and the store still didn't pick up. Didn't even contact me back to see if they can make this right. So I'm writing this review and sending an email to their corporate office. Hope the manager sees this to better train the staff or if their is a problem with the manager then the manager...
