Li's Hot Wok Chinese Buffet — Restaurant in Freeport

Horrible customer service!!! Been 3 weeks in a row. 1 week order missing food. 2nd week we had to be more diligent making sure we had everything. Family of 4 adults and 2 kids. 3rd time we noticed they over charged us. We told them about it. Said what it is on there website. They said they changed the pricing and had new menus. They lied. Their menu was sitting right in front of us when we noticed that we were right again. The lady was helping us. Mind you they didn’t even take are order correct and hung up before we could give them are name. When we arrived she asked what number we had. We explained we were not given one. Also the lady told the older man in there language that we had 3 order of egg rolls which is 6. He didn’t seem to like that but brought more. We believe he took are order. Can’t be upset with the customer if you don’t understand English clearly. Repeat the order to make sure it’s right would be helpful and not just hang up on a customer. When addressing the over charging the man came back over and said to charge for 2 Crispy Noodle (bag) that we had ordered 3. He keep saying I give you one for free. No dude they are .50 per 1 = $1.50 He put on the ticket 2 of those items totaling $1.50 what we should have paid. But keep saying he gave us 1 for free. No you didn’t!!!! They lost out household for business being nasty. So look on the middle picture at the bottom. Go look at their website also. The man got stupid for something that was their error not ours. Went in here with my family, at 8:00 pm on a Wednesday night. Google says they close at 9:30 pm. The food while good, was minimal portions put out, with several items not being refilled by 8:25 pm. I was in a party of 5, and my wife was the only person who got her drink refilled, and it was once. By 8:30 pm you could tell the owners and workers were trying to close the store, not only by not refilling portions on the bar, but totally ignoring the customers they did have to was down chairs and tables. I finally got fed up with no food and no drinks, I asked for our bill since our waitress never gave us one, and was giving the wrong bill to pay. This was noticed by the customer till after my card had been ran, and she proceeded to charge me again for her error. We use to go to this place all the time she. Pizza was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced! I wanted to make that clear. If you are doing carryout it's perfect. On the other hand the place was not very clean, didn't have adequate seating and we had to request a table cleaning. We placed our order. They asked for a name to call out and said it would be around 10 minutes. We sat down and waited 35 minutes then finally went to the counter and asked. They had the pizzas stored in a heater and immediately handed them over. When I gave them a name to call for the order I guess I assumed they'd use it. I could see they were busy so I just thought it was taking longer.Pizza was not oven fresh, but was as good as any delivery I've ever had. Good pizza...
