Dunkin' — Restaurant in Freetown

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I wish I didn't have to give 1 star. I usually order a large iced coffee, regular cream and sugar with 5 pumps of caramel swirl. Today I got one extra swirl because I wanted it a little sweeter, but EVERYTIME I get a coffee there or my fiance gets me a coffee from there I have to get a dark roast because they dont brew there ice coffee correctly. They either put in one package or too much water. You would think if I got a dark roast I wouldnt have that problem. WRONG. My coffee tastes like sugar and iced water. Its SO light. Even when i ordered a dark roast. Whoever opens the store and preps all the ice coffees was clearly not trained correctly. And the staff are rude and never take the orders! I get to the window and they dont even know what my older was. I worked at a dunks for a long time and was fully trained, I know how a coffee should look and taste and these people just dont make anything right. CALLOBRATE YOUR...

Went in this afternoon around 3 and ordered a bacon egg cheese sandwich on a bagel. Waited patiently for over 20 mins and then ask the worker nicely about my order. She so rudely interrupted me mid sentence to say she is busy and only has one oven and to just wait. Which I did, waited another 15 minutes for her to make my sandwich. At that time I asked if there was a manager available and they got even more rude. Told me I got what I give, which makes no sense cause I was very nice and pleasant. I Put a call into corporate right when I left, I’ll be following up with them for sure. No one will ever speak to me disrespectfully the way these Dunkin’ Donuts workers think they can. Sorry, but someone's gotta say it. The kid with the dreads is so rude. I gave him a second chance today, not only can he not make coffee but he throws food together like he has a personal vendetta against the customer. I try to be polite to him and he's just miserable. The food is burnt or thrown into the wrapper messily, coffee not made correctly etc. There are other reviews saying the employees here are awful but I've never had a problem with any employee other than him. I'm not sure why he is allowed to speak to customers the way he does. I feel bad even writing this, but I hope he takes this as an opportunity to improve his attitude. You get...
