We went to this location on May 15th, 2021. This was after the CDC removed the recommend mask mandate for indoors for fully vaccinated individuals. I am not vaccinated nor will I get vaccinated because my own natural immune system is capable of dealing with, and did deal with COVID-19. While we were there a gentleman, a physician, was asked to wear his mask while placing his order, he immediately and correctly rebutted their demands by stating the new CDC guideline and showing his vaccine record. The staff still insisted he had to wear a face diaper, even though the staff are all vaccinated. He politely insisted he was not required to do so. I overheard this and immediately came to his defense by confirming the new guideline. The staff then went back in the kitchen to apparently discuss this with the manager, upon her return she still insisted he must wear a mask. I then, in a sterner tone, proceeded to inform the staffer that after a year of everyone vehemently demanding compliance to CDC guidelines on masks that they then did not have they right to selectively choose to not follow the current CDC guideline. I then requested to speak to the manager, the physician and I then repeated the previously described dialogue to her to which she said corporate instructed them to take this stance. I then informed her to pass on our complaints about their mask bullying policy and also asked her to let corporate know that what happened to Coke, our boycotting them for forcing critical race theory upon their employees and their poor decision to try to bully Georgia for correctly passing voter integrity laws, will be happily immposed upon the Boudins Corporation. You do not have the right to scream follow the CDC for over a year and then turn around and now, hypocritically, say no we will not follow the CDC. We as American people are now going to band together to fight Corporate tyranny and hit you where you only seem to understand, YOUR POCKET BOOK! WE WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS AND DO NOT NEED TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! BTW, our food was good service was good but that does not make up for your...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boudin SF in Fremont, California, and I was not disappointed. The Boudin brand has a long history of satisfying customers with its delicious San Francisco-style bread, and this branch in Fremont continues to uphold that tradition, offering a diverse menu that pleases the palate in the most unexpected ways.
The first item I chose from the menu was the BBQ Chicken Salad. The salad was a brilliant medley of flavors - the smoky, juicy BBQ chicken beautifully contrasted with the crispness of the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The sweet corn and black beans added an excellent depth to the overall taste, while the BBQ ranch dressing and crispy tortilla strips lent a delightful crunchiness that was simply irresistible. The salad was fresh, well-balanced, and big on flavor, making it a must-try for salad lovers!
Next, I sampled the Jalapeño Cheddar Burger. This was no ordinary burger; it was a taste explosion in every bite! The patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and packed with flavors, beautifully complemented by the sharp cheddar and the mild heat from the jalapeños. The bun, true to Boudin's reputation, was fresh, soft, and wonderfully aromatic. The burger was served with a side of crispy fries, which were a perfect addition to the hearty burger.
The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and quick with their service, making the entire dining experience a real joy. The atmosphere of Boudin SF was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual lunches and family dinners.
In summary, if you're looking for a place that serves excellent food in a great atmosphere, Boudin SF in Fremont should be on your list. The BBQ Chicken Salad and Jalapeño Cheddar Burger, in particular, were standouts and well worth a try. It's not just about the food, though. It's the service, the ambiance, and the overall experience that make Boudin SF truly shine. I'm eagerly looking forward to...
Read moreI got turned on to this franchise via California Adventure Disneyland which served the hands down best theme park sandwiches I ever had. Not sure this is a fair statement because having a Boudin in your theme park and calling it theme park food is like calling the Mickey D in the airport airport food. At any rate, I believe the experience was excellent and will always be good at the DCA because they have such a high volume of patrons to serve that their bread always will be fresh. This is a result of the need to turn out loaf after loaf since you're turning it over so quickly from other to order. So good. Follow it up with a Ghirardelli sundae and you nailed the SF eating experience at a theme park. But I digress... I was here in our local option in the bay area because my kids and their friends wanted food from here and placed a phone order. When I arrived to pick it up... They didn't have it. Seemed it was given away to a delivery person so someone scored a decent package that night. The frustrating part is that they wanted me to prove I had an order vs them having an available record of it to validate my claim against. I ended up spending 5 to 10 minutes trying to contact family to try and get the digital copy of the receipt because the partial screenshot I went in with was not enough for them. They eventually made me another complete order after finding their own record of the list so I had to wait over 20 more minutes on top for it, but stuff happens. Not a great experience but I can't give them less than 4 stars cuz they...
