It took the guy one entire day to figure out that he does not have the material to print the album. Even though it is supposed to be same-day pickup, he asked me to come next day 10 am. Next day I show up on time, he still hasn't figure out how to do it and asks for his colleague. Tells me that it should be ready in an hour. 15 minutes later, he calls me and tells me he cannot print because he does not have the material.

What a joke this place is. Employees should have technical knowledge on how to print if they are employed here. And stupid promises such as "Same Day Pick up" shouldn't be made if you guys can't guarantee it. Never coming here to get...

Worst place to get photos printed. Order said ready by 7:55am. Checked on my order at 5pm to be told it would be teady in an hour and a half. Came by at 7pm to be told they can print it now it would take 30 minutes. I waited until 8pm babysitting the photo clerk to get my photos printed on a Friday night.
