I usually enjoy this restaurant and during Covid we made sure we supported it ordered food from them. Eat there when possible if we have been trying to be very supportive with our local businesses. today I got really upset with this woman that I never saw before taking order in the front.. I was going to visit my friends at the hospital who was a critical condition and they like the food from there. so as you seen the picture I put two orders of the taco Carne Asada two orders! I didn’t say put two tacos in one plate I told her is two orders for two people, two separate people and the woman put an extra taco in the same tray together with the same pico de gallo guacamole, and then charge me like if she gave me two orders! Same price for an extra taco in the tray instead of give me a separate tray for another person. When I went back to confront them of the mistake, she argued with me and said that it was me that made the mistake and that I told to put two tacos in one plate and the two orders for one person needs two tacos and one plate! My daughter was appalled!! I said are you kidding me! now this person shouldn’t be working in the restaurant If you look at the menu, it doesn’t say how many tacos so if the tray is $ 7+ then you should do another tray if you going to charge me $7+ to put an extra taco and then charge me almost 8 dollars to put an extra taco! when I went back to find out why the second order was missing she said that I said it was for two people and that I wanted two tacos. Yeah 2 orders of the taco plate ! I said no I wanted two orders of that taco tray and she said what is the same thing not this woman’s argue with me back-and-forth and think that I don’t know about restaurant orders. I work the restaurants, first of all you don’t argue with the customer the second she sounded like a unprofessional and rude. My daughter was angry! the man that came to the front he did give me the other order, and I took it to my friends at the hospital . but that’s not the point. It was the rudeness and treatment of this woman, especially arguing try and act like a disabled person is dumb Today. This was the last draw and I don’t think I will be returning there. They’ve been getting the orders wrong a lot. This woman had no comprehension even after explaining in Spanish too. She just wanted to be wrongly...

Over the phone, they asked us to come in a half hour later, which wasn't a big deal. But when we got there, they still were not ready for us and wanted us to wait longer. What is the point of taking a reservation if the restaurant isnt planning on holding a table for you? We were seated in the back room with another large party. While waiting for our food to arrive, the other party broke out into a huge brawl. Plates, glass pitchers, and drinkware was being hurled across the room. Our party had to jump out of our seats and take cover to avoid being hit. The members of the other party were clearly over intoxicated and lost control. Food and glass were shattered all over the room. A man was hit in the head with one of the pitchers and was gushing blood all over the place. La Pinata staff handled this situation very poorly. In fact they did nothing. The police were not called, we were not checked in on, nothing. One busboy did a quick sweep of the mess under our table only. The rest of the mess was left sitting there for the duration of our experience. We had to sit in the room with the bloody rags, food, glass, and broken plates while eating our meal. While dining out, most guests expect a safe and hospitable environment to eat at. La Pinata failed to provide that experience for us. The manager and OWNER failed to any responsibility of their customers behavior and actions. They said it wasn't their fault that we had a negative experience. A simple check in and clean up of the mess with us would have changed our whole outlook on what had happened. La Pinata lost a dozen customers...
