Burger King — Restaurant in Fremont

OK NOW BURGER KING IN FREMONT OHIO. I "ONLY" GAVE THE HIGH MARKS FOR WHEN MIKE, HIS WIFE & DAR ARE THERE!! THEY'VE GOT A MANAGER A BIG FAT MAN NAMED "CRAIG" WHO'S GOT ""BRAND NEW"" YOUNG TRAINEES THAT HAVE JUST STARTED IN THE STORE. WHERE'S CRAIG AT?? I'LL TELL YOU WHERE HE IS~HE'S OUTSIDE IN HIS CAR SMOKING CIG AFTER CIGARETTE EVERY NIGHT HE'S WORKING!! HE'S WORRIED ABOUT THE TIME LIMITS IN HIS DRIVE THRU SO, HE'LL MAKE YOU PULL UP & WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. THE LAST TIME HE MADE US WAIT THERE WAS ONLY ONE CAR IN THE LINE!! NO OTHERS!! US & THE CAR BEHIND US NOW WERE BOTH WAITING FOR OUR ORDERS. WE WAITED OVER 10 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. I PULLED AROUND TO CHECK OUR FOOD. OUR MED FRIES WERE HALF FULL. WE FIRST THOUGHT HE GAVE US SMALLS!! ""ALL"" OF OUR FOOD WAS ICE COLD & WE ALWAYS ASK FOR OUR FRIES TO BE RIGHT OUTTA THE OIL&NO SALT. WE NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN MIKE, HIS WIFE & DAR'S THERE!! ALOT OF CUSTOMERS "LOVE" MIKE & HIS WIFE & DAR BECAUSE THEY INDEED TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE DARNED SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT!! THOSE "3" ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD IS HOT & THE WAY YOU'VE ASKED FOR EVERYTHING!! YOU NEED TO JUST GO UP THERE & WATCH THIS MANAGER IN HIS CAR SMOKING!! THE SADDEST THING WE SAW WAS "2"NIGHTS AGO. ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES HAD TO COME OUTSIDE TO ASK HIM IF SHE COULD CLOSE OUT!! HIS EMPLOYEES HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE IN THE FREAKING WINTER TIME TO ASK HIM WORK RELATED QUESTIONS!! THIS IS TRULY BAD FORM!! ESPECIALLY WITH HIM BEING A MANAGER & TO BE ANY KIND OF ROLE MODEL FOR HIS NEW EMPLOYEES!! SHAME ON YOU CRAIG!! YOU'RE A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MAN & MANAGER IN EVERY SENSE OF THE TERMS!! I do not understand what has happened to this location for years I have held off writing a review because I just chalked it up to bad employees with rude attitude . But for 3 years I have avoided this location probably only went there for five times I will go to the one on route 53 by Walmart they are awesome . This one on State st I used to work at from 1990 to 1995 used to be Top notch service and top performance one best burger kings in five states we were always told . But I’ve had cashiers be rude- super slow service even one time I had like a 50 something-year-old lady cashier cussing at employees and be extremely rude extremely lazy ( she was even like a shift coordinator or something ) . But tonight lobby supposed to close at 11 o’clock it was closed at 8:30 because there was five cars in the drive-through and TheManager couldn’t handle it - waited 35 minutes for two whopper juniors a fry and a drink call league ignoring inside service - So since they Concentrating a drive-through - my friend got inside service 35 minutes I drove through the drive-through 3 cars ahead of us 15 minutes for the $3.99 King deal 🤦🏻‍♂️.

It really saddens me as a former employee of Burger King to see this location...

Complete trash!!!!!! Nothing is fresh when asked to have fresh items. As well as the number to call and report your issue is a fax machine, what business has no reasonable communication?? This location is a complete utter joke down to the management put in place. Im in absolute disgust with how the midnight crew handles their food & customer service. Waste of money, time, and experience. I was told i was rude because I used a vast vocabulary that the managment could not comprehend. I tried verbalizing myself in a more understandable way that was adequate for the manager to comprehend and it went no where to say the least. This corporation should look into new franchising as the motto is out of date for sure. "Burger King where having it your way is a NO way in hell...
