Entered lobby for app order pick up and food was not done. 3 Asian men standing at cash register looking bewildered,1 food delivery driver all waiting. I could see and hear movement on other side of prep area with at least 3 people moving about on other side. Several cars in drive through as it was lunch time. All seemed focused on filling a single drive through order. I waited for at least 4-5 minutes and woman came around with small sacks and begin to bag to go order for driver. She handed him i order and walked back to other side totally ignoring us. As she turned corner one of the men said âexcuse meâŠexcuse meâŠâ no response. âHow much longer?â Delayed response, âAs soon as we get caught upâ, she yelled back from behind the prep area. By this point, I had stepped off to the side and could see another woman that appeared to be manager, counting money out by drive thru register. She totally ignored conversation unfolding. At this point, I weighed just leaving , even though I had paid for food through the KFC app. Another couple of minutes and I could see my order being stacked on counter through opening. The woman brought around my order and was bagging, manager was filing 3rd drive through order that I had counted since standing to side. My order was bagged and placed on pick up rack and the woman again walked toward the back without even acknowledging anyone in lobby. I looked at. 3 Asian men and I could see that they were completely besides themselves. I felt sheepish for walking over to pick up my app order as one of men said, âExcuse meâ Woman :âAs soon as we get caught upâ Customer: âHow much longer?â No response. âWe have been waiting for over 10 minutesâ Woman (louder and angrily)â IN A FEW MINUTESâ. Asian men turned uttering âThis is Bull S@$ÂŁ!â As they walked out the door behind me. I did not but felt as if I should apologize to the gentlemen for the rudeness. I would like to think that this was an overwhelmed worker and not racism but who knows? The restaurant was not THAT busy and that was very bad optics for KFC. ...

KFC is open again, minus Long John Silvers. đą. But they did bring back the buffet âș, which doesn't mean as much to me since my WLS đ.
But it is KFC and it was good. The cost was under $10 which includes drink, so not too bad.
Let me run down some if the items on the bar: Original and crispy chicken, BBQ pulled chicken. (sorry no buns for sandwiches except biscuits) cole slaw, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, macaroni and potato salad, baked beans, green beans, corn, stuffing, biscuits, country fried steak and white gravy(cfs was cut into smaller pcs if you just want a taste), vanilla and chocolate pudding, bread pudding (loved it), chocolate mousse, and I think I remember seeing a guy eating sliced peaches. I'm sure I missed an item or two, but that gives you the general gist. I would have loved livers and gizzard but you can't have everything... I guess.
Overall I enjoyed the experience, however for my new stomach I probably could have done with a two piece meal, but the price wouldn't have been that much lower and wouldn't have included the drink. With the buffet I can get a taste of a few sides, instead of just two, and I can get the pieces of chicken I want in the style I want.

   Read moreBeen here twice since the buffet was added. Both times the buffet was not kept stocked up or clean. The manager lady was yelling at her employees non stop, both times. Im thinking it's her way of communicating, but that doesn't make it right when absolutely everyone can hear you. Hell the workers looked skittish, kinda scared to be there. This visit, multiple people had wrong items in their order from both dine in and drive thru. No napkins, instead we were given a couple wet wipes that made everything you ate taste like wet wipes. I seen one lady went to the bathroom and brought back a wad of toilet paper to use as a napkin. The drinks didn't taste right. Very dirty buffet and hardly any food restocked. While waiting in a long line to order (it was out the door) a second worker started taking orders at the second register to help out, then the first cashier got immediately chewed out because the mean manager lady could not keep up. The second cashier had just got on her register! A change of management is needed I do believe. Hell, on my first visit she refused to honor a coupon that a young girl (I'd say around the age of 10-11) had brought in for a free meal. Another customer stood up for her and paid for her...
