First time going to this location and I was somewhat scared after reading all the recent one star reviews for this location. Had a gift card to Dominos and decided to use it here. Placed my order online using the app and had no issues with that portion. Used a deal from their website for three topping large pizzas for $7.99 each. Got two pizzas with that deal (chicken, bacon and jalapeno with the garlic white sauce & philly steak, jalapeno and mushroom with the garlic white sauce) plus one of their chocolate marble brownies. Total after tax was $26.73 (pizzas ended up being $8.49 each, probably because I chose some premium ingredients in the chicken and philly steak). Placed the order and starting tracking it using the Dominos Pizza Tracker function on their app. Order was placed at 4:40pm and the app notified me that my order was ready for pick-up at 4:55pm. Arrived at the store and was greeted shortly after walking in the door by a couple younger guys working at that time. Said I had a pick-up, they asked me my name and handed me my three boxes of food still pipping hot and asked if I wanted some packets of red peppers as well. Walked out to my car and checked all the boxes to make sure I got the correct items and everything looked good upon initial inspection. Got home and took the attached photos of each item. For not having had Dominos in a long time and for the first time buying from this location, I was impressed with the presentation. Everything looked and smelled great and was cooked perfectly. No issues with burnt or under-cooked dough with this order. No skimping on the toppings and they used the correct sauce that was ordered, which I thought they might overlook since I didn't choose the standard red sauce for these pizzas. Even had my mother try a piece of the pizza and she has never been a fan of Dominos in the past and she even said the pizza was good and that Dominos has really changed from what she remembers. Will definitely be going back to this location again as the service was outstanding, product was perfect and delicious and the price can't be beat with the...
Read moreWorst Customer Service at this Domino’s store. I wish I could give them 0 star. I ordered online jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread with no “BACON”. We are vegetarian. When I went to the store to pick it up my order I further asked the asian boy named “Terry” to make sure there is no Bacon and he said I double checked and there is no Bacon but when I reached home and open the box there was Bacon all over inside the bread. I called them to get it back and gave me the new Cheesy bread and have it delivered but they refused to deliver and told me to pick it up again.
So again I went back and picked up the order at this store and gave them back the prevoius bacon cheesy bread but the asian guy named “Terry” was so rude and unprofessional with no sorry and showing too much attitude. He handed me the new cheesy bread even they prepared it so messy and looks no cheese on it. The guy “Terry” was so rude and told me that “you can even complaint me and its good so that I can get a new Job”
So I just wanna say that to dominos that why you hired these rude people if they don’t know the customer service and even don’t want their jobs. I was regular customer here and it was so disrespectful this time now will never ever go back to this location and will also tell my friends not to go here again. Please check the previous photos of Bacon cheesy bread and new...
Read moreWhen they were on chapel way, it was the best dominos in town, the owners were great and the service was the best, now that they moved and there is new owners now they are terrible, rude and all the workers seemed to be very confused, what I found to be frighting was a lot of the workers were asking the guy up front how to do several things, but the guy told me that he just started this job. When I ordered 1 med 3 toppings for $5.99 and a large 3 toppings for $7.99, well when he rang me up he said that will be $42.00 please, I told him no way, that if I wanted to spend $40.00 dollars on pizza I would have gone to Broncos billy's, well he asked for help and another guy rang it up at $32.00, once again I said no, and I said that when they were on chapel way the total was roughly $15.00. The guy looked at me and said well we're not on chapel way and they were new owners, I told them to shove those two pizzas where the sun don't shine, and walked out, I will never go to that rip off, rude, and lack of experience place ever again, I will drive a little further to a different store to get treated right and where they wont try to rip you off, I would highly recommend as a consumer to avoid this establishment completely !! Do the math, $5.99 + 7.99 +tax would roughly be about $15.00, he wanted to charge me...
