So, we ordered an avocado toast, 2 donuts, and two coffee cake muffins. When we got to the window and paid, they handed us two bags there were the two donuts and then there were two muffins that look like the wrong kind of muffins. I asked if they were coffee cake muffins and they said yes and I said they don't look right, because there's no crumble topping. She said, we ran out. I said that would have been good to tell me before you gave me the muffins. She said none of us knew we just all got here. Well, whoever put the muffins in the bag knew that they did not have toppings, so somebody new. So, I asked for different muffins and I got a rather frustrated look from her and she said but none of us knew, it was rather strange that she reacted that way. So I asked for chocolate chip muffins instead. I basically insisted. Went to get them but told us to go up to the next window. After a short time someone came to the window handed us a bag and left immediately. They still hadn't given us our avocado toast and they never said anything about it. My dad ended up having to go inside to get the avocado toast. Apparently they had just finished making it, but they never told us that we were waiting for it. So we thought they had forgotten it. Anyway, while I was waiting I looked in the bag and they'd given me blueberry muffins instead of chocolate chip muffins. They also never gave us a receipt, and the avocado toast had cold spots in it, and the muffins taste a little stale. It'll be a long time before we go back to the dunkin' donuts in...
Read moreI have no idea what they're doing here, but for the past few times I've been to this dunkin their coffee and food has literally made me sick. Stomach pains, wanting to throw up, overall nausea, all of the other times I've been to dunkin it hasn't happened, so I have no idea why this location specifically is so sick-inducing. Like mild symptoms of food poisoning. The staff aren't any better either. Every time we've walked in, they're all messing around and when you want to.. ya know... order something, like anyone else, they get annoyed like you're bothering them and just have a bad attitude the whole time. One of the times we've went in, there were 3 workers literally jumping around and laughing loudly, and when they saw us, they glared at us the whole time like we interrupted their moment. Same thing, but the other time they were talking about gossip or something and again got mad that we wanted to just get coffee. They do the same thing over the drive thru too. From the bathroom door, we could literally see toilet paper trailing out of it in some sort of cartoonish way, and one of the workers just walked right by it when walking out of the bathroom. I love dunkin. I love the drinks. I love the food. But man.........
Read moreI go to this Dunkins' alot. I already know with it being a new place that they are going to have set backs. I think the reason why I'm sympathetic to how they operate is because I've worked at a Dunkins before in California, and while Fremont is a far cry from how busy it can get over there they are doing a good job. Especially at dealing with mess ups, everyone is human and I'm not going to get upset over someone making a small mistake in my meal, however each and every time they are extremely polite. And if you go during the night time you will most likely get something extra for your troubles of having to return. If I am being honest however, the breakfast manager or coordinator does need to be re examined. I noticed a contrast difference between how smoothly night shift works, and the workings of morning shift. Not to mention the workers look more stressed in the morning than they do at night, especially with yelling going on in the background directed at them when thier trying to take...
