Fricker's Fremont — Restaurant in Fremont

People here are liars I came all the way here for nothing today after speaking with a manager over the phone and was told they were hiring for morning shifts and get all the way here and they say they were hiring closing shifts but what ever. People really need to be more clear on what they say seriously. And also i try to buy food from here and turns out i didn't have enough money on my card and didn't know until the the last minute. My card was declined twice after ordering food And considering the fact that I showed up early for the interview and wasn't able to buy anything to eat after words oh cause I didn't have enough money on my card unfortunately they wouldn't even say well you can have it.. just heartless could have ask your manager or something but he probably would have said no any way that's all their is now days any way IS no like that's the only answer to a question. So tired of people lying to me either you hiring for day shifts or you not hiring for day shifts and if you wasn't hiring for day shifts thats all you could have said damn. I will never come back to this place ever again just horrible.. I came all the way here today and it was a long drive I had already said I was interested in day shifts over the phone any way not night shifts. And I guess you get it if I didn't have enough funds on my card which I thought I did every one Is struggling financially these days that's why I'm looking for employment not something with just one option. This just all a waste of time and I know now not to ever apply here again smh. So disappointing but again what ever. Will move on... something...

they were busy when we got there we gave them our name and they handed us one of those boxes that light up when your table is ready. the host just told us that our table is in that area that she pointed the way that we were suppose to go to sit at a table. the host never took us to our table. after we sat down at our table the section was full for a brief moment it slowed down after a bit. our server came askes us what we wanted to drink. when she came back she asked us if we are ready to order. we order our food. the appetizer came out with our food and it did not come out before our food. my glass of pop was half empty she did not asked me if i wanted a refill. my sons glass was empty and she gave him a refill. and when she gave my daughter her chicken strips and fries we did not see the ranch. my wife asked about the ranch the server got defensive with my wife because we just asked and did not see her put ranch on the table. by the time we got our food there was only about 3 other tables in the section that people were sitting at. my wife had to give me her drink so i had some thing to drink. my wife is not sure if we will be at this location when we go on vacation next year or just go some where else. i even had to wait over 10 minutes to for the server to come pick up what i was paying with. i asked the host if i could pay at the front counter she said no. so the total service service and experience we should of gotten some type of a discount or even an apologize about the service. we also did not see any MGR walking around on the floor to seeing if every thing is ok. this...

First timer as I was traveling for a local event and needed to grab dinner before heading to hotel to relax. Food was poor quality. Server was bad. I sat down and immediately she approached me and said “what you drinking”. Never introduced herself, never asked me if it’s my first time or have I been here before, never asked if I’d like a Pepsi or would I prefer a mixed drink, nothing. I said a water and she said immediately back to me whatcha eating. Hell I didn’t even open the menu yet. After looking and deciding on a trio dish(chicken/fries/sliders) she said what sauce you want for chicken. I didn’t know what they had and she seemed upset that she had to show me where the choices were, again she asked what sliders? I said what do you have. It continued this way until my food was brought. She never checked on me to see how the food was, until she saw I pushed the plate away and then she grabbed it and said dessert. Again very blunt and no personality. I said no, just check. Looked at bill and they charged me .99 cents for ranch which I didn’t ask for, I thought it came with the meal. Paid and left. I’ll be here tomorrow and Sunday for my event but I won’t be back. I’ll find another exit with restaurants to choose from. Oh and as I left there was a server and 3 girls at front counter and none of them thanked me for coming...
