Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fremont

If I could give it 0 stars for customer service, I would. No one even came out from the back for a solid 5 minutes before asking about my order- I told them what I had- just cheesy bread and an order of bread sticks with sauce. The girl said she’d check on it, walked in the back, and disappeared for another 5 minutes til I made eye contact with her around the corner- she turned to tell dude about it and he started making the order. Mind you, my email was past estimated pick up time & said the food was already in the oven. When I asked about timing, she said the order never showed up on their screen & asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. Out walks dude that just put food in the oven. I ask why the app said the food was being cooked if they never got my order and he said their beta app sometimes messes up. I asked how much longer the wait was, and he told me another 20 minutes- then the girl walks out from the back with stuffed breadsticks- not even what I asked. I've been a customer of Little Caesars for years and years and will continue to be so. However, I will never return to this location. Burnt pizzas were apparently the order of the day as that was all the hapless crew managed to churn out for more than an hour. More. Than. An. Hour. On a good note, I, in a rather gregarious and boisterous mood despite the unreasonable circumstances managed to meet some amazing people. As we'd all ordered online, we had a stake in remaining. Unfortunately, confusion ensued as only two of the four pizzas I had ordered had been prepared and the wait continued. Skimpy pizza at this location. We usually patronize the Thornton Ave location but found ourselves near this Fremont Blvd store after picking up some Bundt cakes nearby for our bday party. We ordered 6 pizzas and had to wait only 10 min, so far so good. The young man at the counter was also very nice and professional, also great. The problem was when we got home 😞 The $5 large pizza , now $6.99 at this store, were the skimpiest pizzas I've ever received at Little Caesars.
