Mission primary care is fantastic...Dr.pareek is an awesome doctor, and cares about his patients and their well being...a few times my appointment was canceled and I never recieved a call stating so...so i drive all the way to his office for my appointment, and come to find out nobody is there. The communication with the staff/office assistants could improve. But I drive over an hour to see Dr. Pareek because he is fabulous. He cares about his patients and wants to get to the root of the problem and attack it. That is why I love Dr. Pareek. I used to go to kaiser, horrible doctors and staff...after having a relationship with Dr. Pareek, I would never go anywhere else. I can not stress that enough...he is fantastic. I love his attitude and knowledge. He is very knowledgeable. I started to recently see a better service with his staff. They say that they tried to call to cancel my appointments due to Dr having an emergency elsewhere, but they didn't. My phone never rang. No text messages ever sent. For me its hard to get off of work because my company needs to know ahead of time about my Dr appointments. And when I have to leave work early for an appointment, then drive over to his office and find out nobody is there. It is very frustrating and irritating. I lose money from leaving work...all it takes is a simple call to reschedule..being a Dr, he gets pulled in every direction. Which I completely understand. I value him as my dr...but the communication needs to improve from the staff...if i could give mission primary and Dr.Pareek a 10 star rating I definitely would...Awesome job Dr. Pareek. Im so glad I found you and your office. And another thing is he travels to multiple different cities to see patients in different offices...that is a benefit for me, as I'm in a different city each week for work...so that is a great opportunity...i hope they keep the pleasanton office open, its closer to my home...all in all...i can't say enough good things about mission primary care, and Dr. Pareek...your a miracle to alot of us people who need a great dr...and not a dr that just band-aids our health ailments...i wish mission primary care and most of all Dr. Pareek the very best...he is an angel...he has help me get back to better living...and my quality of life back to a tolerating state. And it keeps getting better...So thank you Dr. Pareek...i value you more than you may know. You are the best dr I've had in my life...and all your patients would certainly agree...your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had high hopes for this office based off of reviews but honestly itās a waste of time going here.
My first appointment, I had arrived early as requested but wasnāt seen until almost an hour after my appointment time with no explanation. Upon entering the office, there were no workers behind the counter. When one finally did show up I kept trying to get her attention so I could check in for my appointment but she kept her back to me and told me to sit down. No explanation as a first time patient. Apparently at the counter they have a sign in paper- no one told me that.
Inside is outdated. Iāve seen a mother desperately try to get help from the ladies at the counter for her sick child by scheduling a doctors appointment but they were very dismissive and basically ignored her too.
Trying to schedule an appointment is a joke. They either never answer or there voicemail box is full so you canāt even leave a message. The times I was able to leave a message, I never got a call back. They also send out appointment text reminders that end with āif you have any questions or would like to reschedule, respond to this messageā but they never respond to your messages if you have questions.
I tried getting treatment for my depression, anxiety, and very painful periods. With the depression and anxiety- my doctor just kept upping the dose even though the medication was not working and I told him that. He said heād put in a referral with their psychiatrist who would call me..never got the call. When I saw the OBGYN for my painful periods, she dismissed it by saying āEveryone has painful periods, have a baby and it will get betterā. Such great medical advice, was she gonna help support the baby though? I never got my results from the OBGYN visit either.
Today was the final strawā¦I had a telehealth appointment scheduled and never received a call from my doctor.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON A CLINIC THAT DOES NOT...

The service from the nurses and from the doctor is beyond reproach. The care, professionalism, customer service, knowledge, and comforting Services received here is definitely 10 Stars. Dr Bhandari made me feel comfort, confidence and hope. That together with his expertise , positive energy ( definitely glass is half full person) and my commitment to self that there is nothing we can't find a way through.
