When we arrived, there were only two other tables with guests. It was not busy at all. Placed our order then looked for a place to sit. There was not one single table and chair that was clean, not one. I made mention of it to a female employee who like a typical teenager tried hard to keep from rolling her eyes back into her head. She left to the back of the place where every single one of them were and by the not so subtle stares, you knew what they were discussing. Our food arrived. I went to get some straws and they were out, I looked for napkins and you guessed it, there was none. I spoke with a male employee and he soon after restocked them. While starting to eat, little miss teen America came out to clean tables. I'd like to speak with her mother as she could not for the life of her get one single table spotless. After she'd clean one booth and moved to another, you could still see sall the crumbs still left and or pushed onto the seats. It literally was something unexpected to see, it's too bad because everyone loves their food but if the restaurant isn't clean, you best pray before you eat, like you always...
Read moreRaising Cane's was one of three choices tonight after finishing some work. Cane's was the closest and I had never had their chicken. My wife on the other hand gave me that "are you sure" look since she has been to Raising Cane's before. We went through the drive through and we both ordered the four piece combo. Home was two minutes away so it was still warm when we got there. Opening the box it smelled wonderful but the joy stopped there. The french fries were limp so no dipping in ketchup for them. Eating them they seemed to be half cooked at best. Next was the Texas toast......not bad. Nice flavor. Then the cole slaw....really good spices. And finally the chicken. Spreading out the four pieces reminded me of the 1980 Wendy's commercial "Where's the beef?". Four pieces of chicken 1/2-3/4" wide by 2 1/2" long. More than half of each strip had no breading.
Very very disappointed. Last visit for me to...
Read moreI decided to walk in after getting an extra crispy everything order after waiting 12 minutes in the parking lot. This was the second time I was forgetting about but atleast the first time I was gifted something in return for the waste of time. This time same thing happened, and I was literally handed an order off the counter in front of me. To which I told the girl who wasn’t even primarily working the register to take it back. After two minutes and she just told me it’d be a ten minute wait, she came back with the same order that wasn’t mine. I paid 42 dollars and wish I could have it back. She then walked away immediately before I could even get to talk and refused to talk and the desk was busy I lost my patience with the poor service sitting there dumbfounded with receipt in hand. Manners and order go a long way, and to be forgetten at a fast food place multiples times is just so annoying...
