Usually when I come to this Starbucks it's amazing and my drinks are always made right. This morning I ordered two drinks and both of them were incorrect. One of my drinks I usually order all the time and I get pumpkin cream foam. The cream foam was not blended and instead It was just poured right on top of my drink and my drink was made incorrectly without the amount of espresso shots inside and most of the drink was the pumpkin foam. I returned it and tried to let them make it over, thinking that it will be made the correct way but instead it seemed like the cashier went and just put nutmeg on top of my drink and still gave me the same messed up drink instead of making it over for me. I declined the drink and got my money back and only kept one of my drinks. As I am drinking my second drink it was not made correctly either. It did not taste like coffee at all but instead It tasted like blended up vanilla ice cream, and it had large ice chucks in it. So I just thought that I would just eat the whipped cream on top to get some of my moneys worth out of this drink. As I am digging in the whip cream, I noticed that there is hair in the whip cream, so thank God I did scoop through the whip cream because if I didn't then I would've drunk the hair as well. It is highly unprofessional not everyone knows how to make the same drink every time and they seem to think that it is OK to just give you any type of drink and just send you on your way ESPECIALLY when they know that the drink is wrong. As well on the bottom of my drink, there was black specs and I thought it was maybe from the coffee so it didn't worry me too much. Starbucks you need to do better to always insure that the customer is always happy regardless if the store is busy or not. I used to love coming to this Starbucks, because they always made my drinks the right way and always got the most amazing service. I do not live in this area, but I drive at least 15/20 minutes out of my way to come here because of the great service and the quality of the drinks but today was definitely...
Read moreMy friends and I have been coming and spending money at this starbucks for about 15 years. However my experience today was beyond my believe. My friend and I waited in long line today(Christmas day)to buy coffe and pastries.we know the manager (lauressa)for long time and we know that she is very moody and sometimes nice and sometimes very mean.however our dealing today was with an employee who handled my coffe cup very unsanitary with his fingers inside my cup before he poured coffe in,I brought that to his attention and he wasn't happy and when he made the second mistake making our coffe and I brought it to his attention,he became very rude and started to make funny noises with his tongue and made fun of our language and our race.when I told him that he cannot so that,he walked in the back to getkiphikipmanager, meanwhile another employee apologised and tried to take care of us,then the manager barged outside and told my friend and I to dont speak loud and be quiet.i started to tell her about prejudice experience that we had with her Male employee, she not only didn't want to hear our complaint, she was very rude.then she rudley asked us if we want coffee or not. but and my friend and I declined to buy coffe and we walked out.we felt embarrassed and felt that we were disrespected because of our race .I called the customer service to complain, but they were closed.i will follow up with my complain and will take legal...
Read moreEarlier today I ordered a drink through the mobile app, as I went to pick it up, the worker and I found out that it was gone because someone took it. She was surprised because she had just made it. She noticed someone sitting down with my drink and his drink still on the counter (drinks were completely different, brown sugar coffee, mine, and the other was lavender matcha, his). She politely went up to him and informed him that he got the wrong drink and showed him his correct drink, but he still denied it. My name was clearly on the cup and I pointed it out to him but he was still in denial and refused. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier or on the spectrum (not trying to be rude to assume), but he insisted on keeping it. The worker didn't want to escalate the issue at all, so she allowed him to have it, especially because he already drank out of it. The customer could've been a better person and admit to it, but the worker was a bigger person by leaving it and remaking my drink. I played out different scenarios in my head since I used to work retail, and that was the most professional, polite, and calm course of action that anyone could've done. She was apologetic all throughout and not once did her attitude shift from being happy, even though it was frustrating. If she isn't a supervisor or is on the higher median pay for her position, that should...
