With Barnes and Noble and Borders long gone from this area, there was only Half Price Books left, and that store just does not have the new and fantastically curated collection that this store has. I was so excited when I found about this place on Nextdoor! I love the Half Price Books at Fremont Hub but I always wished that there was a bookstore with newer books closer to home. I love Banter Bookshop! It’s such a cute place and great addition to the Fremont community, and the staff here are so helpful. If they don’t have a book in stock they are quick to order it and get it to you. I love being able to bike over and pick up my orders or just come in and browse.
