I kept texting them back inquiring about it and called the number but goes straight to their voicemail and kept getting text that they will call me soon! Never got a call but got a text saying about my appt. Instead of me waiting for their respond I went to the place to inquire. I got check in but I wanted to make sure I was getting the price I received from the texts. The lady that did my lashes seems nice, I asked for 14 length and she said she only have 12 or 13 I know with the promo price I shouldn’t expect more. Stephanie did it really nice with a very short length light natural but I couldn’t really notice any difference because of a very short length, then she said if I wanted it long next time. I wanted it long to begin with ,the only thing I didn’t like was when she was about to ring me up she charged me $69.99 instead of $69 only and I was still nice enough to click 15% for a tip should be only $10.50 but my cc was charge almost $85. Which I wasn’t happy about. The whole reason for me that I went for it is still under my budget expecting to get what I really want as far as length wise I don’t care if it’s doesn’t look as full. I’ve been here several times for my brows and once for a lash lift and tint and it’s just been a bad experience every time. I don’t recommend them for either of those services.

When I was there for my lashes, the woman was completely silent and didn’t say a word. I sat there with my eyes closed, not knowing what was going on through the entire service. I had no idea how long I’d be sitting there for each step. And the end result of the lift and tint was very disappointing-hardly any difference and no noticeable tint on my lashes. I achieved better results doing it myself with a lift and tint kit I got online.

After three times of going to them for my brows after giving clear instructions including pictures of what I wanted, they never got it right. One time I booked a brow wax and the girl that took my appointment said I didn’t need anything but to pluck a few hairs, so that’s what she decided to do, even though it was not what I wanted nor what I booked. And the brow tint I got during one of the disappointing wax sessions lasted maybe a week. Afterwards I did the tint myself with a kit from target and had much better results.

I’ve been to Deka lash a couple of times, I usually drive an hour and 45 to my girl but I was lazy today and made a super last min appt - I know what to expect so I wasn’t worried. Except this time I had such a great experience that I think I’m gonna keep coming back for good. Natasha did such a perfect job w my brows and lashes that I feel like my face belonged in MoMA after I walked out haha, I immediately felt my confidence levels rise and needed to change my outfit to reflect that. It felt good. She talked me through each step, we chatted about this and that. I enjoyed the conversation and friendly tone, I also really appreciate the skill it takes to do laminations (they’re not easyyyy) and the amount of work the artists must put in to be proficient at it. Natasha listened to my request and did exactly what I asked for, and for my lash lamination : I’ve been getting them done for years - I always end up crying but not this time. First time ever I had no stinging sensation or tears, it was actually a pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely be coming back...
