Arsenio's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Fresno

There's nothing bad to say about Arsenios. It is one of our two staple fast food Mexican spots in the area. If your from around here you know what the other one is!

The food is good, not great. But the prices are great for what you get. This place kills Taco Bell all day without breaking a sweat and at only slightly higher price points. But the better food is worth a little extra coin.

Growing up in the valley allot of my friends are Hispanic, and so is my wife. So when I bring up Arsenios or (Rob@&$!tos), I always get the typical "oh that's just fast food"! And to be fair they are right. But in the valley, it's the best Mexican fast food you can get. Both these places have been in business for more than 20 years and I promise you it ain't just white people eating here!!

I would rate it 3 stars, but I feel like the longevity of the business deserves...

I come here all the time, I'm a regular, I always get their Chile Verde nachos but today I got a couple more thing. My order was simple, plain tacos for my kids with frijoles de la olla but they dont have those just refried so I told her never mind. When I got home my tacos werent plain and had refried beans on top, I told her never mind just plain, now my kids cant eat them. My super burrito was cold and my nachos got soggy which means they were sitting there for a good 10-15 mins while I was in drivethru for 20-25 mins. So I called to have my order replaced and not only are they not willing to fix their mistakes and cold food, I asked for the manager and the worker had to put me on hold to get the managers name 🤔🤔🤔 we'll see what the manager says...

Me and my coworker went thru the drive thru as soon s we were close to the speaker we were asked if we were ready. We stated no and needed a minute. There menu is soooo big and alot to choose from especially if its your first time. We were asked 3 times within a 2 minute period if we were ready. No one was behind us. Before we can finish one burrito of we heard and what else and my coworker was in the middle of her sentence and said bean and cheese and again what else then she said can I also is that it? No I wanted... what else? There was no patience at all from the lady that was taking the window order. I didn't even order because it seemed like she didn't even want us there. We shared a burrito the food was good window service...
