This is the location I Loved. I visited last month sometime with my kids. Our waiter was good, he checked up on us often, however, I did not like that my food came out 1st, then my son's and lastly my 5 year olds (about 10-15 mins after mine had first came out). I let it go since it was pretty packed that day. We visited again on April 28th 2021 because it's where our daughter requested to wat for her Bday. When we arrived we had to wait about 10 mins to be seated... We stood the whole time since the waiting booths have a sign to not sit, the hostess wasn't very Hostess-y. She seemed to be busy looking down at her phone it looked like. When we were finally seated, our server came and she was nice, but wasn't 100% knowledgeable on non-alcoholic drinks. We let it slide figuring she was pretty new there, which is understandable. When we were ready to order, she took our kiddos orders plus an appetizer, when I began to order, she stopped me and apologized. And let us know that they were out of traditional wings, and said that the hostess was supposed to let us know (if it was any other day we would of walked out, but since it was our Birthday girls request, we stayed). So we said we needed a few mins to take a look again and decide on something else, but asked for our kids orders to be put in. After a few mins she returned and took our orders. Our 10 yr olds food came out, about 5 mibs later the appetizer, and maybe 5 mins later again. Our 6 yr olds food came out... We ate the appetizer.. my drink was empty, and was never asked if I wanted or needed another drink. I had to ask for water. Our 10 yr old was completely done with his food and our food hadn't even come out yet!! Our server finally stopped by our table to inform us that our food would be out shortly, but by then we had just seen that others who had ordered LONG before we did were barely getting their food, so we told her to cancel our order. We had side salads with it, those didn't even come out before hand at least. The server brought the check and didn't even bother AGAIN to ask if we needed any refills! If a customer looks irritated or annoyed, shouldn't you go check and see if they need anything?? Anyways! We were extremely disappointed in our service this time around. It'll be a while before we go there again, which bums me out because I LOVE their wings. Service is just not the greatest anymore and wait time for our food is ridiculous! BTW, it wasn't even as full as last month when we went, so no excuse as to why the delay...

I had incidents with certain people working there.
Can't remember who but there was a day I come in and ask a question about their special item on the manu, the guy replied In a rude way that kind of shocked me and I let it go.
but today Thursday 07 we went for the free special Thursday and when we got our food, we got 3 wing spices for 15 wings and their was Barely and missing a spice on our wings and it felt like they throw it on the plate, It was also extremely hard to eat too.
it was all mixed and the waiter was nice but she did try to take my unfinished drink lol
she disappeared and didn't let anyone know that she was getting off, is what the manger said was she left, even though she showed up as we where leaving making us more confused and more Irritated.
when we where waiting for her and she disappeared on us, we got a new Waiter that didn't go to our table even when we had our food in to go box's & was talking to a coworker for along Time, I also saw a worker on her phone in the kitchen for a long period of time, they where coming out of the kitchen alot and at some point hold the door open an I could see her facing us on her phone against the kitchen counter lool .....
my god it took forEver to get the paycheck, I understand that it's busy but it felt like they didn't know or left us alone.
I had to get the manger to check us out and he gived us only little off..... When I explained we didn't get a spice on our wings but plan wings that we paid for spice not plane.
Anyway we are upset and disappointed, upset stomachs form the food, we won't come back to this location.
It's really sad to see how much the reviews are mixed at this location.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'd like to start with my family and I eat at this location all the time, it's literally right down the street, we've never had a bad experience before today. My husband received his food 10 minutes before me and my son. While we were waiting the waitress came over to apologize and I told her if it was going to be much longer she could cancel the order because my husband won't eat his food til ours comes out and I wasn't going to pay for a soggy hamburger. She explained to me it was the restaurants policy to bring food out as it was made. As soon as she walked away though she brought the rest of the plates, none of our food was even remotely warm, like it had been sitting there the whole 10 mins my husband had already had his food. We dealt with the cold food but the fries were not edible they weren't just cold they were stale and hard and we asked for another order. Our waitress never apologized or ever came back to check in. If it's a restaurants policy to bring food out as it's made then how come no one's food was close to being warm? We received our check by another waiter who stood there and asked us if we were paying with cash or card and then waited for my husband to look at the bill and pull his card out of his wallet. All around they must have been the B team because even the manager I talked to when I called to complain told me he was confused as to why I was complaing and then asked me what If I wanted something from this phone call or if i just wanted to complain. I'll drive across town to eat at a different location for now on....
