We love Cafe Daldal! The place is filled with good vibes and good music. We've tried almost all of the bingsoo and we love them! My favorite is the Strawberry Breeze and my boyfriend usually gets Dalgona Fantasy. We really appreciate the fact that they layer the desserts so it makes each bite as enjoyable as the last. The bingsoo has a very light and milky taste and has a soft, pillowy texture. They also use fresh fruit and give good portions.

The owners of the store are very passionate about their business and you can tell they care a lot about their product and their customers. We appreciate their hospitality as we are from out of town and come whenever we have the chance. Our first time trying bingsu and we were very impressed! We ordered the melon harmony and the chocolate delight. The melon flavor was great and not too overwhelming in sweetness. The chocolate was very rich and satisfying. We ordered smalls for both. The portion was pretty big as we felt we could’ve definitely shared 1 small. We also ordered the dalgona coffee which was a good flavor, strong caffeine content and not overly sweet. The staff member was also very nice and checked in on us a few times....

I highly recommend avoiding this place. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered just two of the bingsu, and it took an unreasonable 40 minutes to receive them. The wait time was excessive, especially considering the place wasn’t even that busy. To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, they were underwhelming and didn’t taste good at all—definitely not worth the hype.
